Yes, I am USA.  I inquired again this morning and they told me the same thing.  I was under the impression that No USA meant no new USA players could sign up for it.  I wish that live chat would be a little more specific and just told me that when I first asked them about it.  Instead, they just say, You cannot receive this promotion and you feel like you're getting the run around.

I have to be in line with customer support Villento for information on filing a second that I do. Turns out I learned that as the first deposit bonus of not repay I will not withdraw. Knowing that my first deposit was 25 I got 100% Euro + 5 Euro which made me 55 Euro to play either 15X: 55 X 15 = 825 € uro
as I managed to reduce it to 500 my little playground was ready support tells me that with my second deposit it I will have to make up the difference if I am getting something in case I win.
in short all the bonuses that receives stacks even if you lose and need to be able to repay all withdrew.

Do you mean that if you win, you have to repay it?  If that is the case, then I'm sure that is not correct.

I made a deposit of 25 and received 100% plus 5 euro and free spins, I had to bet it all after 15 times of what customer service told me I lost everything without having managed to make the playground, I wanted to make a second filing without taking the bonus and was told that I could not retreat from gains as I do not manage to finish the playground of my first deposition.
