"Unfortunately, the player customcrystal is not qualified for the LCB cashback because per the rules for LCB cashback the player needs to lose min $200 in the last 30 days. She lost the amount under $200 ( $149.5)."

After this you had a successful withdrawal of $50.00 from a free promotion on 9/10/2022 13:34:36 and a subsequent $40.00 withdrawal from a free promotion on 9/13/2022 18:54:38.
