Going forward I will never deposit here or Brango again.   • MelissaN terms state that I can go back up to 30 days since last cashback and need to have made at least $200+ bonus free deposits. This is my first LCB cashback request, I have deposited $237.63 since my last cashback. I don't understand why I don't qualify when I have met the terms?

    What you're saying is not inline with your terms for this offer. 
    It's is written out very clear 30% of losses totaling $200+, losses are from last cashback (2/20/22) up until the day of next request. On Feb 20 was last withdrawal so all deposits since Feb 20th total $237 and no withdrawal has been made covering Feb 21 - March 16.  Can you clearly explain why is it that these bonus free deposits "don't qualify" since the requirements have been met per bonus terms?

    "This offer has now been updated to 30% cashback on losses of $200+ and you can go back 30 days for your first cashback request. After that, losses are based upon your last cashback received to the day before your next request. So the 30 days only applies for your very first successful cashback."

    Namely this rule applies:

    ''Any withdrawal that is made from the received cashback or any other free promotion will not be eligible for a new cashback. The withdrawn amount will need to be covered with lost deposits first, before account is once again eligible for a cashback.''

    In your case you got a withdrawal of $260.40 from the cashback (free promotion). You have to make another $260.40 through the next deposits so you can be eligible for the cashback.

    However, this is already included in third point: 3. All losses must be bonus free deposits. However, we added the note in case there is a misunderstanding.

  • I have had this issue also with Casino Extreme.  I have gotten used to the fact that I have to cover my cashouts from free bonuses before I will be able to recieve any other free bonuses or cash back.  They still let you have your loyalty bonuses and free spins though.
