i put my totals in deposits  in here on the 6th  i had a total of  1542.00 in deposits which i listed  i recievd 2 50.00 bonus chips and nothing for the third whats the problem

Thanks Blueday, but these were from August 16-17. I was claiming cashback somewhere else but unclaimed because I made a $400 withdraw after that somehow. They did e-mail me to let me know I got a $50 chip after I asked for something.
