Well, this is a first, went and played the $50.00 after seeing it was credited to account.  About hour or so later,received an email from Mark @winpalace saying they were giving me  free $50 chip, Which is pretty usual, after i deposit a few hundred ,give or take, they always give me a free chip,regardless of any bonus here.   Anyway, here's transcript from chat at winpalace,if the email was regarding LCB bonus, its the very First time I've ever gotten one ..strange:-)info: Please wait for a site operator to respond.

So, they have ceased giving you free chips?  Do you think this is because of the LCB cashback chips bojooo?

Yes, it certainly sounded like that was the case,, what was unusual was it's never been an issue before, and I've certainly never  received an email from Winpalace to tell me about my LCB bonus deposit before,so either they are changing some rules, or are more confused then I am!!  I love the bonus here,but without the free comps from winpalace...might be time to start looking at other casinos :-(  Hope Daniel can shed some light on it

Just a misunderstanding: your received an email about the free chip after you already noticed that it was entered and played it.

It's Winpalace CS the ones who credit you. With LCB the don't always send an email about it, since i post it here.
