I was so excited when I saw the $200 in bonus money in my slotland account and $150 in winaday. You see in the over 2 years I've been playing at slotland, I've never won enough to withdraw. Never. And Winaday, I've only cashed out once, it was $100. Cryptoslots- I've been playing at longer, believe me it took a long time to be able to cashout from there. 

But do you want to know what really takes the cake?

I finally won enough and got through the playthrough on the $200 cashback you credited me.

A whole $150, but I was happy to finally have a reason to keep playing. Until I just checked with support. They voided my withdraw.

Because the cashback isn't technically cashback. It's a bonus. And that would make it my 3rd bonus between deposits. So I get nothing.

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I think to be fair, calling it cashback is misleading.

Sadly it's quite impossible to please everyone while obviously, as still a 3rd party related promo, I was unable to get the same terms approved as pure 'cashbacks' directly granted by the casino have (e.g. wagering requirements of just 1x).

On the other hand, you can see this a chance to get not measly 2-3-5% on your deposits 'back', but whopping 20% -- and on such occasions such as the page777+ extras even more, such as 30%(!!) -- plus we also decided to call it a 'cashback bonus' with the stress on the bonus bit, that naturally comes with strings attached.

E.g. making you responsible in watching how many *other* free bonuses you claim in a row to either be or not be eligible for a withdrawal at any given moment. 

IOW, I see where you are heading from and even agree to certain extent, but I'm afraid I just cannot adjust the terms to become even more favorable than it already is, while giving you a full discretion in taking part in this promo or not.

Not the kind of answer you may have been hoping for, but it's still the best one I got 🤷
