    Unfortunately, not. We sent him a reminder but he hasn't replied yet. Hope he'll get back to us as soon as he gets some info about your withdrawal. 

  • Pretty sure they aren't gonna pay me. How are they even still in operations with that kind of business ethic. I've never had to deal with this from any other casino they can't even respond and it's been well over two months avoid this casino at all costs guys.!!

    The casino rep doesn't reply to our messages, he'd probably say the same things as the casino support. We'll keep on trying to reach him and get some feedback about your withdrawals.

    Oh sorry to hear that. We still haven't heard from the casino rep. He stopped answering our messages. We'll try to get in touch and see if he can help.

  • They have been facing this issue with payouts for a long time now. The casino rep managed to speed up the process almost every time we asked for but lately we receive more and more complaints with a cashout that is longer than 3 months and the rep could not do anything about it. We still haven't heard from him although we sent several reminders.

  • Unfortunately, everyone has the same problem. That is the reason they are on our Warning list. I doubt we could speed up the process but we'll notify the rep. We also haven't heard from him for quite some time.

    Unfortunately we haven't got any feedback from any of the respective online casino representatives. The lack of communication is real. We will reach out again in hopes of getting back a response, but things are looking very doubtful at the moment..

    They terms says up to 24-48h but my request has not been sent yet, the live chat has to be open 24/7 but its down and on my email they just say wait no timeframes given.
     
    My account fully verified, I'm veteran online gambler with 10-15 years experience. its been 4 days sence i request the withdraw please help.

    Please be advised that ArgoCasino has been placed on our Warning list due to slow payouts, delays, or no payments at all. The customer support sends generic emails with no resolution. Some of our players have been waiting for 2 months to get their BTC withdrawal.

    We have contacted Casino Representative a while back regarding your complaint and they haven't responded to us at all unfortunately. It seems they have gone rogue on us. We will try to reach out to them yet again in hopes of getting a response. Keep you posted if we get any news.

    There is not much more we can do here, we have done everything in our power to escalate your complaint and contact the people that needed to be contacted 2x in fact. Unfortunately we aren't receiving any responses.

    Unfortunately the brands in this complaints thread are not cooperating with us. The likelihood of them responding to us is very slim as we have reached out to them many times before and have never received a response. You may file your complaint to Curacao License and hope for the best. 

    Please refrain from playing at these Casino Brands until we establish a better relationship and can provide assistance. 

  • I played at zigzag casino on 28.8.2020 and won 22 214 €. Now after over 2 years of them avoiding to pay and answering to me that they have a delay on payments and they will pay as soon as possible they have stopped answering my messages. I managed to get 4000€ at the beginning but after that nothing. I have done all verifications required just to get the first withdrawals so there is no issue there. Now I dont know what to do anymore since I get no responses and I was more than patient with the casino since they paid at the beginning.

     

    This issue is found for me on thepogg complaints but zigzag is unwilling to reply
