We tested Argo Casino, as a part of our popular project „ From the Players for the Players“. Let's reveal right away that our tester waited more than three months to get paid.
MarijaS had the task to investigate how Argo operates. Her first assignment was to become a member of this betting venue, and she did, on October 27, 2021, after filling out a simple registration form that required selecting the currency she'll use inside this online casino.
Satisfied with the fast and simple registration procedure, MarijaS rushed to the cashier to make her first deposit. Considering that Argo is a crypto-friendly gambling establishment, our tester opted for a secure, private and fast solution- Bitcoin, and deposited $200 worth of BTC.
To simplify the KYC procedure, before depositing, MarijaS uploaded a picture of her passport. The reply from the casino came just a moment after, claiming that the document was uploaded successfully.
With money in her account, and in the mood for playing, our tester went to check out what was on the game table. Then, her problems began. Several games couldn't launch due to unexpected errors. As every clever gambler would do, MarijaS contacted live chat support. The response was instant - our investigator should clear the cache and cookies. Still unable to play the desired titles, she tried to launch games from different providers. Again, no luck. Subsequent to many unsuccessful attempts, MarijaS finally managed to play some games. After two grand winnings, she ended up with $539.26 in her account, which she wanted to withdraw on October 27th, 2021.
MarijaS asked to withdraw her money via Bitcoin, the same method she used to fund her account. The pop-up window informed her that the request was accepted. However, just minutes later, a new message arrived – the request was canceled! Reason? Wagering requirements had not been met, and our tester had to wager $29 more. MarijaS returned to her „ lucky game“ which brought her big winnings, Extra Chilli slot, and made a few more spins.
The second withdrawal attempt happened - unsuccessful. Argo Casino asked for additional documents. Our team member, MarijaS, already tired of multiple issues that had occurred that day, decided to send the document the following day, 28 October 2021.
A day later, the docs were sent, and a notification came that verification results will arrive as fast as possible.
After more than three months and 36 emails sent by MarijaS, the money appeared on her player's account. The amount was higher than requested; $554 in BTC instead of $483.

There were no conditions, no info to be found about min bet amount or max win (pay-out). So, it was disappointing, I asked their customer support few times, but there were giving inconsistent information. Same started happening on zizag, basically same promos offered by them as well. I won on one of free spins on Argo that they gave for a deposit and it was capped to a very small amount, quite a long ago, without any information provided on the conditions of the bonus. But it was mentioned somewhere on their site. Anyway, it was a bad experience. Promos are misleading, but instead all the info should be transparent. I don't play on Argo or zigzag. I will post this review to zigzag page, I hope admins won't mind. I am not here for points, just want to share my personal experience.

Update: I played here again and they are awful. They ask for BTC verification pages and everything. No other casinos on the internet ask for stupid BTC verification pages and screenshots. Chat is super rude. I think they will pay me and once they do I am closing my account. I dont trust this casino at all with the attitude...

Not bad. They paid me but took 4 days. Lots of good games and live chat is helpful. They dont have ecopayz cashout only deposit. So for me only option was mastercard and neteller which you cant use in Canada. But they sent to me on ecopayz anyways. Won $1217 on a $75 deposit. Would give a higher rating but had to chase...

So, I have account in both casinos for quite a long time now. Even before I knew about LCB. Everything was fine, regular promotions, deposits, payouts. I registered on Argo first, probably zigzag was not even around. Sometime last year they started to send me promos for reloading (specifically freespins, I like to play freespins a lot). There were no conditions, no info to be found about min bet amount or max win (pay-out). So, it was disappointing, I asked their customer support few times, but there were giving inconsistent information. Same started happening on zizag, basically same promos offered by them as well. I won on one of free spins on Argo that they gave for a deposit and it was capped to a very small amount, quite a long ago, without any information provided on the conditions of the bonus. But it was mentioned somewhere on their site. Anyway, it was a bad experience. Promos are misleading, but instead all the info should be transparent. I don't play on Argo or zigzag. I will post this review to zigzag page, I hope admins won't mind. I am not here for points, just want to share my personal experience.

Terrible live support. barely ever answer and if they do they are short and rude. Not a fan of that. Closed my account. Worst experience from live chat ever the 3 times I used them. I cant count on them if I had an issue.

Let's say the support is great there and always helping but soon enough i realized what kind of casino it was. You probably will know what i mean when i say "good casino with very good support as long as you don't win big or simply never win" ? Well that one is exactly like that. I played and lost, lost, lost, lost like 20 times in a row. I never had a chance to try their cash out because i could simply never win! Every single bonus except 1 or 2 wouldn't go up to 10% wagered so of course they don't mind giving bonuses if the slots RTP is 10%. I went to chat after many rips and was like "seriously i just keep losing so bad so could i get at least a little something?" support said "sure" and they gave me 20 euros bonus. I was like ok nice at least they give something, then i went to play it and wagered 2-3% and lost and remembered it's easy for them to give stuff like that the way it goes huh. Let's just say that kind of casino make me seriously believe it's possible for casinos to rig the RTP and make everyone lose.

Great casino, I am glad they recently added my country to the list of countries they allow players to deposit and play from. They have a large selection of games which is the main reason I play there, and you can get a bonus each time you deposit. The bonuses can be more attractive, though, but not much complaint over there....

Also, the casino is downloadable on both Windows and Mac and being a Mac user it's quite a pleasant surprise since most casinos can only be downloaded on Windows.
