  • Today is 17 days since I requested withdrawal at Argocasino and 6 days since I filed complaint here but money still not received.

    Casino rep was on this forum 2 hours ago and also no reply from him regarding when my withdrawal will be processed.

    He notified finance department about my withdrawal 5 days ago so they are working this whole time but choose to still not process my withdrawal.

    Then clearly casino rep here is just a public figure with no influence or power to get my withdrawal process completed.

    Moderators - if you see casino doing such stuff you should lower their rating or issue a warning to other of your members regarding such stuff done to players.

    If casino not care about their reputation and trust, then you should care.

    Or else what's the point of having a complaint subforum if casinos can do what ever they want to harm players and keep high rating.

  • We chatted with the casino rep this morning and he advises us that casino representative reply to this complaint according to the payment status. He will update us. Hope we'll get the reply soon. 

    We never had any issues with this group of brands and we can't lower their rating. They are working on your issue.

  • Yes, I confirm that after waiting 20 days, they finally paid me today.

    Sadly I requested withdrawal in bitcoin on 25.12.2020 but price of bitcoin in this 20 days went up 40-60%.

    Instead of receiving 45-50 mBTC if withdrawal would be processed in 1 to 3 business days, I got today only 30 mBTC.

    Damage they did to me with this 20 days delayed withdrawal is around 15-20 mBTC, which at today's price is around 430-620 euro which is a lot since I requested to withdraw 994 euro.

    Very bad experience withdrawing in bitcoin when casino delay withdrawal so long.

    Even if player manage to win on rare occasion by gambling at this casino, then they delay withdrawal to make extra money by eventually sending the player less bitcoin.

    This forum sadly didn't prove powerful enough to help me get money out from this casino.

    Complaint was posted in this topic 9 days ago and since until yesterday still nothing was solved, I contacted higher institution. Looked like they found a way to get Argocasino to pay in less than 24 hours after they got in touch with them.

    Glad you finally got your money and I'm really sorry it took so long but it's good you got it. 

    Please note that the casino was notified from the very first day you posted your complaint here and since then we've been asking the casino rep about your case almost every day, except weekends and Orthodox Christmas when the casino rep was off. It was US who solved your issue and THANKS TO US you got your winnings.  

    However, we are not directly involved in casino payments, since it's the casino that needs to pay you not us, it was not in our hands when your money would be processed but we surely did speed up the process of getting your money. 

    Regarding future complaints, you always have many options for whom to address.

  • Hello dear LCB, my friend from russian forum has big problems of 10 days delay with his withdrawal without any reason at EGO casino. We contacted with russian representive, he didn't help at all,  he just said: "Wait, we are solving problem"

    I've asked him to register here and I will help him to translate his problem on english, but he is so tired of all this ****, and asked just forget. But I can't forget, I will write from his name, you can contact the original poster with telegram: @ser7217

    I also can give you thread on russian forum if anyone from LCB moderators knows russian. PM me if Needed, or if you need other contact rather than telegram. So lets start, futher will be not my complaint, but ser7217, modestly translated by me, e-mail in casino: [email protected]

    So the complaint: 

    "Hello, dear LCB. I have been posting my problem on different rus resources for 10 days in a row, but the Ego casino don't want to pay money to their players, I'm waiting my payout more than 240 hours, my account verified, I didn't break any rules, etc. Casino just doesn't pay. And I am not the only one and I can prove it. I'm asking to add it in the blacklist.
    So now more details:
    Timing of withdrawals and limits does not meet standards for self-respecting establishments, but
    it doesn't meet iven them.
    Adding screenshot 1 when with my pending withdrawal, at that moment I was already waiting more than 96 hours for my withdrawal (see scr.1)
    In chat I couldn't get any reasonable explanation why that is happening(see scr.2)

    Representive on russian forum refers to contrived problems, but then I don't understand WHY casino taking deposits (see scr.3)
    from players, knowing they can't pay to their players.

    Translation of screenshot 3:

    "Dear ser7217,

    There are time delays with processing withdrawals for now. We are trying to solve the problem"

    This answer was more than 10 days ago.. Problem NOT resolved and I'm still waiting my money fairly won.

    I.E. if casino knows, that it can't pay in time with following their own rules, but keeping taking deposits,
    so it's more likely a fraud now. "

  • I've transfered representive answer to ser7217 and he has more important information for LCB, so lets continue the complaint:
    "As I said before there is just an old excuse as 10 days ago.

    Personally for me I wasn't getting any e-mail or news from them since 17 March. If they they Piastrix is not available, then WHY it is locating in casino deposit and withdrawal methods? For cheating customers? Do you really hold all of us for a fools?

    And actually it doesn't matter where my withdrawal delivered Piastrix, Bitcoin or whatever

    It does not matter , because the same problems with ALL the payments are happening with everyone and everywhere (as I said before I can add all complaints (a lot of complaints) from other forum for LCB admins anytime, all screenshots etc.) they are not paying any method

    People who re-created their withdrawals to Bitcoin also waiting for a weeks, moreover, this is not even counting the timing people lost while they were waiting payment on otheir system.

    I want to emphasize the complaint is not about me , the complaint is about all people which are right now all waiting for their money for weeks, it is hundreds of us. Noone can get money.

    At the moment of my deposit Piastrix wallet was available as a payment deposit and withdrawal method in the casino cashier, as it is now. The casino constantly makes promotional mailings, but never mentions the non-operability of the payment methods presented in the cashier.These actions are essentially fraudulent, since the client makes a deposit being sure that he will be able to make a withdrawal to the existing payment systems.

    I want from casino to write with BIG LETTERS on their main page: "You CAN deposit, but we CAN'T withdraw"

    Otherwise I am begging LCB and all forums add Ego casino to the blacklist. I want people to know that  If they deposit any single dollar in Ego casino, they won't get it back iven if they are lucky to win. Casino is not informing players they have problems with withdrawal with phone, e-mail or any other options. The only information about it is on forum, many players just don't seat on forums. But which seat must know they shouldn't play here. And only you, dear LCB team, toghether with other forum, can make justice happens. This is where my powers are over

    If you need all of the information about dozens other complaints which are open for weeks, iven with payment on Bitcoin, I give everything you needed, all screenshots, threads, you can write to other forums teams, etc. I give everythihng you needed. But they must be punished, and players must not suffer.

    Please help with egocasino (which is part of the group with agrocasino, zigzag) casino does not pay 1000 euros.

    The casino claims that the only reliable withdrawal method is Bitcoin, but I can't wait for payments on it for almost a week.

    The second and third payout was to be made on 01/04/2021 at 18:29. You once again violated the rules, namely paragraph 8.11.12.

  • @MelissaN may be blacklisted all group? If casinos not pay by themselves rules that mean its scam. They broke rules a lot of time. It should be blacklisted

  • This casino has gone full out rogue. They are accepting deposits and have live chat however they are refusing to pay players. They are not using any excuses they are just simply not paying at all.

    I have been waiting 19 days and nothing and I know two other players that are waiting longer and nothing. This is happening even thought its a small amount of 189 euro.

    I have an ADR working on my case and have written the gaming commission

    I highly suggest players do not play here as you will not be paid.
