  • I have a problem with wonclub.com, my payout is only 40 euros but not paid!
    It was September 15 when i registered for an account with them and made my first deposit of 20 euros.
    I played a game and had total win of 40 euros.
    I then emailed my documents but they said to upload in the casino so I uploaded.
    I was very compliant and do what I was told to verify my account.
    I have been emailing them and also messaging inside my casino account.
    They keep on asking for documents so I keep on complying to then.
    But its November and I do not know if my account has been verified because they are not replying to my questions.

    According to our casino terms and conditions your deposit should be wagered 5x times before you are eligible to make any withdrawals. At this moment you wagered it only 1x times. Additionally you received 10 Euro birthday bonus, you should either contact live chat to cancel it or wager it additionally 30x times.

  • Hello Wonclub rep, I have got an account at your casino since 2017 

    I had an issue 2 months ago. I deposit 400 euros and played a few live dealer game spins. I make an attemp to withdraw an ammount lower than 400 and your finance section. They told me I had to wage 400 euros times 4.   I did it.  My balance raised to 1475. I requested it via neteller as I deposited. They alleged they had technical problems with neteller. Some days passed. I offered them to use skrill system. But they declined it. 

    They recommended me to request a smaller ammount, I did a 100 request with the same result


    It has been almost 2 month since I made my first request.


    My funds are at you site. 1475

    I asked neteller if wonclub.com had any problem with them, they said they did not

  • Melissa, thanks, my wonclub account was openned 2 years ago, I had these issues in the last 2 winning times, previous to this last isssue they lasted 2 o 3 month to send a payment.

    I believe, they are fair, but they delay too much some payments

    We sent two reminders to the casino. Still no updates from their end. We'll keep on trying. 

  • I can tell that wonclub finance section contacted me and asked me to withdraw my funds, i did so, it failed, rejected

    They asked me to request a lower ammount and I did, same result

    I lowered the amount to 300 with the same result. They answer my emails, but, what  whatever happens to their neteller system has lasted too long

    Could it be easier to just send my funds and end this process?

    We got the update from the casino. Namely, they say that you didn't provide the required list of documents and didn't roll over your deposit 5x times according to casino T&C. At this moment all the requirements are fulfilled and you are eligible to withdraw your money. Please let us know when you get the money.
