  • WiraCasino has been ignoring and holdin my fund's for 5 days. My account was verified 4 days ago, and they paid my other newer withdrawal right away. The bigger and older withdrawal is not even that big, but yet they are ignoring all my attempts to contact. Live chat doesn't respond. 4 days ago i waited 4 hours, i went to store etc did my normal day routine and when i came home, i wasn't gotten through the chat even then. When i got in there, they gave different reasons etc. 

    My account is fully verified, and they already smoothly paid me 35€, but now they are avoiding to pay 399€. They promised to pay it, but i wasn't suprised they haven't. So please players, do not play here until they have solved not only my withdrawal but the withdrawal's of others!

    I signed up at this casino on March 16, 2018 with the bonus code WIRASPINS and expected to have some free spins in my account like all of the other players on this forum but there was nothing in my account. I was a little upset so I added this to my "negative" review of the casino and then a week later I got an email from the WIRA casino rep saying that things have been busy and they apologize for the inconveinence. They also said they would look into this for me. Okay great, this has completely changed my outlook of the casino and their customer service as well. I emailed them back saying no worries for the inconveinence and thank you for contacting me about this matter. I also told them I would update my review. This was on March 23, 2018. Still to this day I have yet to here a response from them or get the free spins.

    Very sharp looking casino but that’s about it. I just registered at this casino and I used the bonus code WIRASPINS and I was not credited the bonus of 20 no deposit free spins. I tried to contact live chat and no one answered me. I tried twice and waited over 10 minutes. Very bad first impression for this NEW casino. I’ll stay away and most likely close my account.

    48 hours ago in WiraCasino I uploaded photos of all necessary documents and credit cards, and then ordered payments.
    Right after that I wrote in support to clarify how long it would take to check documents and payouts, but the answer has not yet been received.
    Now all my documents and payments in "Pending" status, and no one answers when it changes.
    I ordered 2 payments in RUB for a total amount equivalent to ~5700 USD.
    In addition, I didn't use any bonuses and didn't enter promocodes, only real money.
    Now I'm very worried, because there are no signs of activity in the casino.
