Unfortunately Carla disappeared and also Daniel the casino manager, I was not able to be paid.
What I offer the casino is to pay the 5000 they want to pay in payments and during that time actually throughout the year I will remove the complaints and maybe in the future they agree to pay it all.
I told the casino I wouldn't agree to any amount less the 23,000 they owe but 5000 is a good start but it seems they are not going to pay anything.
Is there another way this forum can be of help ? -

Sophol, goto the casino's website look for the CDS icon. Click on it. This will take you to rtg complaint form. Fillout the form with all details including how they tried to bribe you. They may come down on the casino and make them pay you. I have seen them do this in the past

We did take it to the next level. These two groups always had the warnings to their name, but now given the new severity of issues we have not only updated the type of warnings, but also added the pop up warnings and have hid all their bonuses from our lists.

I've "broked up" with this casino group, or maybe it's better to say that they "broked up" with me I've won $90 in Jackpot Capital from a no deposit bonus, and I've deposited and also sent all required documents and after two long weeks and after sending four different utility bills/bank statement finally I've received mail from accounting manager that all my accounts will be closed and my deposited amount will be refunded to my account in 7-10 business days. But the story don't end here, I've waited for funny $25 almost a month, and meanwhile I've been asked for "screenshots" of my Neteller account as prove that I've didn't received the refund, and after one week waiting I've been asked to send another screenshot as prove that I've deposited from that same Neteller account. At first I was so nervous, but now it's very funny.
