Then I got an email with a "turbine account" they set up for me but no authorization for my withdrawal that would take another ten days. At that point I got an email from the "General Mgr" that says congrats you have been auth for 500$ Yes I have been paid 500$ of my 1500$ but every ten days they reverse my withdrawal request for the rest of the money. This has to be against the laws, It is December 31 and they just reversed my withdrawal again every ten days we play this game. When I ask a rep they say well they paid you 500 so you know they will pay the rest. I want to make sure no one else makes the same mistake... and I also need help in reporting them, On-line gambling can be fun but when you have a big win and you cant get it, it becomes frustrating ... please help!

It is not a good thing to ban them from the forum. Being bad as they are they would be even worse if there was not for public complaints and at least the rep here can speed things up a little bit when faced with negative press.

Not really sure why would you even say that, when clearly you know that with Rushmore group there was absolutely no communication as we ran to the wall of silence. They also stopped paying their players.
This is what granted them the blacklist. And that is the difference between them and affactive group.
So i would not be making such assumptions if I was you Rena.
Now it is obvious that this group has got worse with the ridiculous 90 days security checks. And we will be taking appropriate actions ( our warnings are getting updated as we speak ).
However we do believe that it is better to have their Rep on board that might be able to speed things up when it comes to the cash-outs.
Otherwise we would not be able to help and mediate in resolving any complaints.

Yes they have gotten worse but reading the other thread has made me see that is is way better for players to be helped,then to leave them without a leg to stand on. Before i read the thread i did not understand why they would be allowed to continue to do this. I found LCB because of how i was treated by this casino. Now i understand very well that if an issue arises then having a rep around helps solve the problem. Like it or not, people will play at these casinos and it is good to have help if something happens. Duly noted.

These places know ahead of time whether there are problems with your account. If you have multiple accounts the system knows that too! This 90 day thing is nothing but BS ... face it, some of these places are using current deposits to payout other players. When they don't have enough to make a payment they start stalling. As far as paperwork goes, they also know whether your paperwork is good or not. All of the excuses are nothing but a stall tactic. They figure if they drag their feet and make it difficult on the player, they will either play the money back or just give up on trying to get their money. If by chance you are the type of person that is like a dog with a bone and goes to whatever lengths it takes to be paid, they make damn sure that you are labeled as a "problem child" from there on, taking away bonus privileges and adjusting playthrough requirements for your account to make sure that they make it almost literally impossible for you to win again.

People are going to keep playing at this group no matter what we say. Even though i personally would not ever lay at this group, it is good that some help is offered for people who are having problems. If there is no rep then when things happen, players have no help.
