    Yes it's me again!  I've waited "very" patiently til now as my Withdrawal from "Begado" was confirmed by their finance department on the 15th NOVEMBER! They told me, you told me, having tech issues with server and will b paid as soon as casino up again.Received email from Finance late November, stating "Not to worry, it will b up and running between 3-6 Business days from the email and I shall b paid asap. Its now 10th exclamation! DECEMBER and i cannot yet access the casino still and no updates whats-so-ever from support. I need to know what is actually happening???? and EXACTLY when i will be paid plz??? Why cant the sister sites take over the finance department of Begado and issue all withdrawals out so they can concentrate on fixing the problem with server without losing customers and leaving a sour taste in everones mouth who are owed money$ , not just Begado but for ALL the sister sites also???? We need answers now; as the answer i give to my daughter at xmas will not be a happy one. I made a honest deposit, played honestly, had all papers and docs verified and approved, played only slots; so i think nearly a month without payment is disgusting;esp with everyone concerned giving me date after date and never fixing the issue.     I am having one heck of a time trying to withdraw my winnings at Win Palace.  I had to submit cashback forms as i'd never withdrawn there before - only deposited (and lost of course).  So i submitted completed form and submitted all the paperwork including utility bills, my driver's license (color copy) and bank check and signature on faxback and never heard anything for a few days then asked Joe via live chat he finally got someone to responde to me at least (i just wanted to know i had submitted all that was needed).  adriana responded after 3-4 days stating i had to submit the completed faxback form and give a color copy of driver's license (which i had already done but did so for a 2nd time).  now no one is responding.  it's been since sunday since i submitted documents and it's now almost friday.  still can't withdraw my winnings and only received one response from win paalce support after several attempts to email them for a response.  i'm getting really frustrated and thinking this is fishy - i just want my money.  i deposited, i won, i cashed out and i deserve it.  i've deposited with them several times and now i'm trying to cash out and am being ignored.  daniel - can you please help?  thanks!  again, i just want to know at this point - what is hold up approving my forms so i can withdrawal and why refuse to respond to customers support???  thanks, beardcat

  • Im so upset with this casino. I won 600.00 great then made about 5 deposits after I got my money. I hit bonus in the game one time in those deposits. Also never played at casino with every deposit gone in less than 20mins and never made it to more than 200 in playthrough.  I complained about this. got email and was told technical issues.  Then i get another email that says nothing wrong with my account. thats one issue. Took my money and game had tech. issues.  ok this is the worst part my son doesnt get a christmas this year because the 600.00 check i got from this casino just came back no good after a month.  I am disabled with cancer and negitive balance in my bank account thanks to the check coming back the casino account were frozen.  I found this out friday when my debit card got denied when i was trying to by my 12yo gifts. I have been crying and shaking since friday i get a check once a month. christmas is next week and i got nothing for my child.

  • Daniel.  I deposited the check and it bounced your bank said no money in the account to cover the check so my bank to 600.00 out of my account now i have no christmas money for my sons gifts im in the negative in my bank cause your check was no good.

  • i just got an email from adrianne penn saying she was stopping payment and i was having trouble with there check im not having trouble with winpalace its begado check thats no good i tried calling adrianne to tell her they said i can only talk to her via email if that 150.00 check bounces then im going to have more trouble i got 3 checks that will bounce thats 35.00 a check in fees i pray she didnt stop payment on winpalce check are you all in the same.  winpalace and begado. i cant eat sleep cant stop crying and shaking over this you dont even know how much my son is going to be hurt no christmas .....

  • you can't eat or sleep and can't stop crying?  I get that what they did was beyond shitty but damn girl..gambling should only be for entertainment knowing the risk involved in dealing with online casinos...it should not ever be able to affect your life in the way this bounced check did..

    and to the mods I hope that once a bounced check was received from any casino they are put on the heavy warning list..that is way worse than taking months to pay someone..the lowest of low a casino can do..it screws up players bank accounts and has such a shitty feel to it.

  • hmm not sure how the location of the player has anything to do with a check being bounced but if you want to elaborate I would prefer that it is on here for everyone to see..and if there was a reason that baby's check got returned then I think we should all know that reason as well..if a player makes their complaint public then the response should be public as well..unless someone can convince me otherwise

    What we do in this case is just resend it by bank wire..

  • hi daniel.  re. faxback forms with winpalace taking so long for approval - i finally got approved today.  of course i figured as much since, like an idiot, i went back in after 4 days and lost my winnings.  lol (not).  anyway thanks for your help.

    now, i just hope slots jungle does not screw me over.  i have had great support with my vip rep until lately.  i received confirmation that my withdrawal was sent by wire transfer on 12/11th and it's still not here yet.  i realize it's just now 5 business days however I have received wire transfers 3 times or more before and always the money was received within 1-2 days of finance confirmation that wire sent.  once, it took about 4-5 days and when i checked - guess what - they messed up and sent by check instead.  therefore, i am a bit paranoid and all i wanted was an answer that indeed it was sent by wire and the wire confirmation number.  my vip rep has refused to respond to any of my emails since last week and finance finally responded with be patient.  again, i just want confirmation they didn't mess up again and a wire confirmation number - not sure why that is a problem.  anyway, although i'm not happy re. lack of communication more than anything, i will patiently wait - like i have a choice.  I just have to say i have always been treated well by slots jungle and eventhough there have been glitches from time to time in getting full amount sent etc., i've never been ignored like this and it just heightens the paranoia (especially after reading some posts).  i'll keep you posted if i need your superman help.  smiley

    Its probably because its one of those canadian checks, it takes more time  than a domestic check to clear, but the bank will typically give you credit either immediately or say in 5 days.  So yes indeed she was able to withdraw the cash, but now that the check bounced shes on the hook for it with the bank.  

    So I can see where she thought she had some extra money spent it check bounced now bank account negative and if you had anything in there they take it away.  I know its not a good feeling sorry that happened.  But if your little bit of money is that important what are you doing  playing casinos like this. Should pick something a little more reputable.

    Policies - I was referring to the way this casino group is ran in general. I remember the time when pretty much all bets was good bets. And one was payed entirely and wasnt stringed along. Didn't have to ask a rep to have their comp points credited. Bonuses was cashable and never heard of bonus ban from loyal players. Cashier dept was easy to contact. Sometimes support themselves would process a cashout. 24 hrs or so was the normal to receive it. AND this was coming from some RTG casinos as well. Now this is just one big mess. People shouldnt have to keep contacting you. Just to get simple stuff down. That along is a sign of a poorly run casino. Its like they can't come to the father expect thru you. SMH
  • Daniel can you tell me if i should be concerned about this? -  I just logged into begado to check my account.  I assume that the info would be posted under my account information about re-issue of bounced check.  Well to my surprise they wont allow me to go to the cashier.  I tried everything going to game hit cashier took casino out re downloaded and nope cant get to screen where I can look at my account.  I am so glad I printed every page on my account prior to complaining knowing this would happen.  Now I dont know what do beleave are they sending me the money or not.  Put yourself in my shoes this is really doing a job on me emotionally.   • Agree with you on the whole tazzie post.  People get the runaround and then come back here and make this post in huge bold letters about getting paid.  And again this is probably after a 45-60day runaround.  It really is a joke! Such a shame people do things in that manner.  Letting someone know they are getting paid is great information, but making as a headline making it sound like they are awesome is sick.

    Tazzie you posted that babys check was refused.  It BOUNCED!!  That means the check didnt clear. It was a bad check.  It can take a long time for a international check to clear, but in the meantime the bank gives you credit.  The bank cant tell you when a check to clear they have no clue to the exact day so most banks pur a hold on it for a few days then give credit.

    Baby--no the better business bureau is not going to do anything. There is nowhere to go. Sorry things have gone this way but if it is the reality then let it sink and and be ok with it.  It is only materials but obviously important to kids.  Maybe focus in on the whatever the true meaning of Christmas is to you..  Your not alone people not having money for Christmas describes 80% of the United States.
