  • Hello, yes only as of recently I am now receiving regular payments of 700 CAD every other day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
    I would like to clarify that this was only after October 17, interestingly enough after the casino rep started replying.   

    Before this I was receiving either 350 CAD per week as in my original post or 700 CAD per week, and as long as this keeps going since October 17, I would consider this resolved.  I held off on writing here that this is resolved because I was scared of them simply reversing these changes to my withdrawals as soon as I marked this as resolved.  Now that the casino rep has responded here, I assume that these changes to my withdrawals are here to stay, and I will update if they are reversed.  I have attached screenshots below to prove this :).   How their system works is I would withdraw 3 times on the same day, and they would process them over the next 3 weeks, in the beginning this was 350 CAD, went to 700 CAD, and now they are paying me every other day instead of weekly which is good.

    Here's what it says on their website:

    Depending on the method you use, you will have to wait 24-48 hours and five banking days to withdraw your money.

    Please allow a few more days for the process to complete. If there are no changes by then, we will contact the casino and investigate your case.
