  • I spoke to live chat last night they said I'm fully verified and now this. And also, I made two withdrawals, one on Saturday for €100 and one yesterday for €500 .     In case any of the documents provided for verification expire you are required to re-submit new, valid, ones. This is why I mentioned you need to send those documents. You can get information about where to send them from our support team via Live Chat or e-mail.

    As far as withdrawals you only have a single request which was placed on Monday. I see that you tried to place another request on Saturday, however you have canceled that request minutes from the moment you placed it.

  • I sent the documents back yesterday afternoon. Find it quite strange to have to verify myself again. Since it's just been 1 year since I verified myself. I've been playing at several online casinos for almost ten years and haven't had to verify myself again since. Regardless, I'm curious how long it will take until I get my winnings.   • Nevertheless, allow yourself a lot of time with the payout. Requested a withdrawal again on Wednesday and still haven't received it even though I'm fully verified. They just want you to cancel the payout and gamble away the money. I have to add that the payment should be to my Skrill account. At all other casinos it takes a few hours at most until the money is on the account. Now I guess I'll have to wait until Monday or even longer since the finance team doesn't work weekends. Didn't really want to play there anymore. What I'll really do this time if my money isn't in my Skrill account today.
