Ty, that is what I thought...I like the Rival part, but the Vista Gaming Games are horrible. Vista Gaming slots are the only slots I have ever seen with non paying symbols, and you get more non paying symbols then paying ones, and the arcade games are even worse. I have over a million spins on those arcade games from various bingo sites ( probably closer to 2 million) and NEVER have I seen any more of 8 of the top 3 paying symbols on the screen at one time and they are never touching. Now you need 16 of them touching to win the top prizes, and I have never seen anyone winning any one of the top 3 paying symbols. More times than not, it takes over 400 dollars to win the 50 dollar jackpot, that is no jackpot, if you ask me.

On the other hand, please let me explain how the Vista Gaming slots work; please note that even though these machines have non-paying symbols, it is easier to win on these machines as the paying symbols do not need to be next to each other from left to right on the winning line but instead you win by having at least three paying symbols on a winning line and on any reel.

As for the chain reactors, we have players that win over $2,000 on these machines on a regular basis in one game and players enjoy playing these machines. I am  sorry to hear that you didn’t have luck on the Chain Reactors, however as you may understand, these machines as based on a random number generator which determines the outcome of a game and therefore these are based purely on luck.

Yes, I do know they are purely luck, but it seems to me the RTP settings have to be at the lowest point. I have recorded my play now for over 5 months, and had a friend of mine watch these videos, he does work for one of the largest slot gaming providers, he didn't have alot of nice things to say about the game.

He even noticed how there is never more than 6 or 8 of the highest 3 paying symbols on the board at 1 time and they are never touching.  He did state, that if this was random, then how come you can only get paid for 16 of the same symbols, when there are 25 spots on the board. A truely random game would have payouts for 25 symbols.

The chances of hitting the top prize of 10 grand is pretty much almost nil, I couldn't imagine what the chances are of hitting all 25 of the same symbols.

The RTP for these particular machines are actually very high. The difference however is that the prize variance is medium, and so what that means is that the prizes awarded to reach the RTP are given more often than not in smaller & medium sized wins rather than a few larger prizes with many more 0.00 or very low prizes.

Please also keep in mind that your experiences are not indicative of what the average player may experience. From what you’ve mentioned to what we’re seeing, the theoretical RPT is actually currently being surpassed at the moment and is higher than what you may have personally observed. This game in particular is designed more for longer play periods, extending the average players entertainment value. This is not to say that someone can’t just place a wager and hit the top prize on their first go but yes, we do agree that although perfectly achievable there are other machines with different variances that may award larger prizes but with less total wins to achieve the expected Theoretical RTP.

The decision to payout on 16 symbols rather than 25 symbols is so that we can pay bigger prizes on combinations of less than 16 elements without compromising the payout ratio.

In regards to your experiences with not seeing more than six (6) or eight  (8 ) of the highest three (3) paying symbols, we are sorry to hear that this has been your experience on these machines, but we use the Mersenne Twister random algorithm which is a 100% random process.

I have played the chain reactors at another vista gaming site and it is fun and addictive and frustrating but when you do get the winning combination it is highly rewarding.

I have found it best to start with a substantial balance and to plan on playing a long as time to get a large win.  I also saw a screen print of a huge win of around $30000 sonit does happen.

We used to be able to bet five at the bingo sites, and I missed it when it changed.  But as I don't have as much to spend these days well, its no big deal.

Another thing I noticed is that all 5 chain reactor games use the game id numbers. They are all running on the same server I think. I played Tweet5 and opened up Tutti Fruity 4 and it was the same number sequence. Something is not right there because if they are all using the same  nunnber sequence, that can significantly change a players play time.

What I mean by the number sequence is that for example if Tweet5 is showing game id number 225186, Tutti Fruity is showing 225189. They are completely 2 different games. Tweet5 has a wild symbol and Tutti Fruity doesn't.

I opened a support ticket at Vegas Crest about a problem I was having and a few hours after it was sent to the tech dept, suddenly I am blocked from accessing the Vegas Crest site. I received an email telling me to log into my account to review the ticket, which was sent after I was blocked. I have sent several emails to support and no one responds. I am a good customer and I have done nothing wrong. I am hoping there is some mistake here but how am I supposed to find out anything when Vegas Crest just cuts me off with nothing. I am shocked, please assist me.

I was told they were updating their system yesterday, which they claimed is why I could not access the site for most of the day and night........(??) however most importantly I have been able to log in without any problems so far this morning. There still seems to be a bit of a run around with my help ticket being addressed......maybe everyone was real busy with that update yesterday so I hold out hope for today. So.... all is ok for now. First of all - I really enjoyed playing in this casino. I really loved the games and have always been paid in good order. But, I am having a sort of misunderstanding which is quite upsetting actually… So, as I have already mentioned I have started playing here a while ago, since April. But with my last deposit which I made in the middle of September I am having a problem now. Thing is that when i was filling out my Skrill account number I made a mistake in one number. I never make mistakes when it comes to financial matters and I honestly have no idea how this happened. So, the casino made a transfer to the wrong account. I contacted Skrill but they told me there is nothing they could do about that transfer. This is okay - I am fine with this, I have lost 550 EUR because of this. I explained this to the casino, But unfortunately the casino has made the wrong conclusions - they wrote me they would not pay the rest of my win which is 1 400 EUR. They wrote me that this is against their rules to use double accounts. But this is not my case at all. I have lost money because of the mistake, I am aware of this. I don't know why the casino uses this in order not to pay my win. So, yes, I want to get the rest of my win, that is 1 400 EUR.
