This is not fair i place my withdrawal on the 24th of august!! And i been waited then it approve on the 30th!! Then it went back today! Without any further information why they sending it back!! This is still on ongoing issue. I still have yet to receive any money into my bank account. They can take it instantly but won’t pay out ,I spoke with the bank TODAY whom have said they can not see anything on my account at all. The industry is gone out of control. Instead of having good casinos trying to fix rogue casinos they decided to give up and just do the same. It's bs all across. Lies, fraud, plain thievery it goes on and on and on day after day. It never stops.. i mean just an hour ago i was lied to again being told i dont deserve a promotion because i didn't deposit for it while i did and even sent the message to the casino through reply from the previous support aknowledging my promo. It's just one example as it's literally everyday. Casinos now don't even hide or even fear being caught for anything they know nothing will happen, why? I have my own idea but that's at an industry level now, not just some rare cases. Casinos take the money and run with it. Of course some places can be fine but that's if you spend tons there so they are ok with you since you are a good cash cow but if you are not you will have issues almost always. Gambling comissions are not protecting anyone or doing anything, they are in it too. It's about time a general class action get started and join everyone that had problems, got robbed etc. The casinos are not based on mars, they are here. I always loved gambling but i loved something that obviously is past. Years ago i could do a deposit or two and have an entire evening of fun... now deposit straight 0 in 5 mins, redepo redepo redepo and hope that after a dozen deposit i hit one that don't die instantly to then get told by the casinos im not entitled to always win... never talked about winnign i talked about entertainment, what we pay for... Now the only way to have entertainment and playtime is if we hit a lucky bonus that is a winner because casinos have no choice but to let us beat the wager. Raw play slots i have my tracker and millions of spins is MUCH lower than what is advertized. Casinos nerf the slots to gather money to then give some "fake big wins" here and there to get you to return, entice you in spending more, betting more. I lost the idea of anything being random long ago. I'm still around because i got used to it, spend my days on it.. don't have much fun doing other things it's boring compared to the adrenalin of gambling .. but that fun is gone. Ha good old days when casinos knew they had to provide the product they were selling.. lol now they just take the money and tell you to beep off or make up stories and lies. If i had to post all the records, screen shots and data i have about all the lies and proof of everything i could fill up a hundreds of pages on the forum. It's fun.

Base on the bank! I ring them and confirm to me that they never had transactions that they refuse to funds my account. Now what?! Another’ 7 days !?!! Whats wrong with you people. Everytime 7 days ? For how long are u guys planning to do this? By the time i am keep depositing you guys are so nice and reply really quick. But now my emails and chat take ages to be replied, was it because i am not depositing ?? And its a cashing out? This is really frustrating for me i am pregnant and this is really what i get after being a loyal depositor in your casino? I only win once i use to lose but why you making it to hard for me, i didnt post or write a reviews u will keep ignoring me

Cindylagu i can feel your pain lol. They are trained professional liars you will not be able to extract anything from them. ONE TIME in my life through the dozens of case where i got stolen cheated etc that the casino (cleopatra) aknowledged the issue and solved it... every single other time casinos would lie and bullshit all over till i provide all the evidence i had kept and oops.. refund and complete silence lol. Yeah i heard about this one, cause i told her about my story, and she said her sister use to work in this kind of job like they do give supports replies you for all concerns, but then she find out that all the complaints are just for the complaints they don’t actually pay out your winnings, you are just like being entertained so that they can scam a lots and lots of people. I really feel terrible because after i cash out that I thought i would received it after the time frame that they give, i stillnkeeep depositing to expect that i have withdrawals that will bebin my bank soon. If this is only legit . I can play all day without hesitation, cause im totally bored and doing nothing. I was actually really happy that i can play at home, but after never give me my pay out really disappointed me. If there is a typ of block that u were saying why you have to approve it again? And let me wait for another 7 days? Cindylagu 2 years ago i won 2000$ on karamba casino on welcome offer. They declined my cash out saying my bank did not exist. I ask my bank to call them to fix this, they refused to get them on phone because national bank of canada apparently did not exist lol. Then my complaint to the MGA came to the conclusion that MGA said to karamba to offer me another option so they said "skrill" knowing full well canada cannot use skrill. So MGA said karamba showed good will and offered another option that it was then my fault if i cannot get paid case closed. Never the MGA considered the fact my bank EXISTED and that karamba just refused to talk to them and were lying. I lost the 2000$ that was not paid 1 week before the 2 weeks summer vacations i had organized after i had won that 2k. So ya casinos sometimes can beep beep and that's when you understand why they are based as far as possible from civilization lol.

I am so disgraced in Tangier's casino iam a weekly depositor and I won $2000. I then lost my bank card so I updated my new card and I went to withdraw the $2000. I had to verify myself and all my documents were approved. I the was told to wait for the money to go into my account. It never went in. I then went to login in to make another deposit to find my account has been disabled. I then emailed Tangier's casino support to be emailed this........

I am having trouble getting security to respond to my emails as I won $2000
on the online slot machines I went to withdraw and everything was find I
got all the documents and the were approved and finalised I was waiting for
the money to go into my account and waited a couple of weeks then I enquire
about why it still has not gone i to my account they send me a email saying
there were to many inconsistencies with my account and would not tell me
why after sending a few emails and writing a review on how discussed I am
with Tangier's casino they replied to me stating that they were forced to
make a refund on on of my deposits I deposit weekly and have had no
problems no one contacted me about this and if I was contacted I would of
fixed the issue straight away on my bank statements says that someone other
than tangeirs casino had taken money out of my account and they didn't know
who it was so they did a search n refunded it I was not aware it was
tangeirs casino as I did not make any purchases out of my bank on that day
it was taken out also they sed that my contact details are incorrect what
is not true as above are my details and should be the same that Tangier's
casino should have I never changed my details I also never received or were
contacted about this issue I have send several emails stating I will take
this further as it's ridiculous my winnings were voided after it was all
approved I thought is this a total scam after I spent real money on this
web site and won now they won't pay me out my winnings I am very
disappointed in tangliers to not contact me about this and voided my
winnings I am in total financial hardship and was counting on my winnings
after it was all approved to pay my bills also was going to deposit more
money but Tangier's casino has suspended my account I think this is unfair
and will take it to the gaming ombudsmen to get my winnings from tangliers
casino can you please help me to work this out before I take it further
