I signed up yesterday, deposited today only not to get the first deposit bonus. After waiting 7.5 hours for a reply to my email, "Dan" said, "your country doesn't get free spins, and your account is going to be closed tomorrow because we don't accept players from your country"?? Really?? It took you 2 days to figure that one out?? You let me sign up! You took my $$s?? Which I find particularly disgusting and an underhanded, sleazy way to do business!! Seeing you let me sign up and took my money under "false pretences" I wish to have my deposit re-imbursed ASAP.

    Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. We always try to improve our service for our customers and feedback is always appreciated.

    In regards of your complaint we want to explain that we were cought by surprise when we found out that Net ent (the gaming provider) closed down in your country. This was nothing we had anticipated and came to us as a surprise so therefore we had to act promptly. Multiple operators in Europe were affected by this decision.

    I've spoken to our casino manager and what we can offer is to compensate for the missing free spins that you didn't receive. Based on your deposit you should have been rewarded with 50 free spins and the free spins value is 0,25 euros so that would be 12,5 euros. In order for us to compensate this we would need you to email [email protected]. Make sure to include Iban and Swift to your local bank, name of the bank and you can refer to Kim as well.

    You also mentioned a cash bonus but we only offer free spins as part of the welcome offer at Spinson.

    We hope you are satisfied with the solution and we wish the situation will change soon so we can welcome back our players from your country.
