On the 24th of August 2019 (NZT) I opened an account with Spilleren and made many deposits on this website, upon checking my credit card statement I learned this was apart of EveryMatrix casinos. I requested a refund because I am excluded from every other EveryMatrix casino under that license, and their T&C's state that all bets made under an exclusion are to be void and deposits refunded.
They have refused to do this (it is also worth noting they have no exclusion feature on their website, and support took nearly 48 hours to initiate the exclusion request), and further refused to escalate my issue to management for consideration. Attempts at contacting EveryMatrix directly have failed, as they have not responded despite several attempts. I tried contacting the rep on here but they appear to not be active here as I've not heard anything here either.
