  • I appreciate your assistance Berks! Everything has been resolved much faster than I have anticipated! Although, neither INF50 or FS25 didn't work, it's quite alright. What mattered the most was that I received my deposit back after wagering the 3x on it and managed to double it. I'm very surprised my documents were approved and funds have already hit my bank account! Super lightning quick! Many thanks to you!

  • Bitkingz has in fact stolen my deposit from the wallet of dedicated to my account within the website. I made the deposit which I will show in the attachment that I link to this complaint. The blockchain shows the deposit nto the wallet and then the wallet also shows a output for the same amount, so clearly they have taken it out of the wallet since it's been deposited.  That's called theft. Of all the untrustworthy casinos this one is the worst.

    Money came out of wallet never made it to account.

    They told me it was wrong address for 3 days....

    So what did I do? Deposit more money to address....

    Still nothing in account...

    6 days later they tell me the deposit limit has changed for $1 AUD to $30AUD, and couldn't tell me when that happened. I had deposit a month before.

    So they have my money but won't put it in my account because it's not enough and I can't deposit the 7 dollars to make it enough they say it's all gone?

    This isn't right.

    There are transactions that never made it.

    After days of constantly contacting support and another deposit they finally told me the limit had increased so my deposits were now lost to me.

    They couldn't tell me when the deposit limit increase had occurred.

    I've had this happen to me before with katsubet, I deposited less than their limit, but in that situation I could see on the chain that it was still sitting there and when I deposited the limit the rest came through with it. Bit this isn't the case with bitkingz there is no money sitting on the chain it has gone to litecoin address 100% should be in my account but it's not available to me but bitkingz has my money

    As you can see from the previous post you didn't make a minimum deplosit required that's why your deposits were unsuccessful. What smaller amounts are you referring to?

    As far as I can see from the casino rep's previous posts your deposits funds were insufficient therefore your deposits were insufficient. They advised to contact live support every time you want to deposit. You couldn't make a successful deposit with less of the min deposit amount.

    The casino rep informed us that only your LTC deposits were less than the minimum required amount. Those transactions got lost and your deposits were not successful. Other deposits were fine and they were credited to your account.

    Concerning the minimum required amounts for depositing in different currencies it's best to inform yourself with live support before depositing to avoid such issues. 

    The casino rep considers your complaint resolved and closed so we cannot help you further.
