  • slots7  casino won't accept any proof of address I send them I sent them a bank statement which they say that they accept it and they declined it then they tell me you can't cash out on the welcome chip so I got up to 12,000  but now it's less but still above the wager which is  $3000 .what's the point of a welcome chip so you can win and not cash out but if you make a deposit your going to lose it every time  it's a straight up scam and theses places should be taken down off the internet

  • I have an issue. I registered an account at Slots7Casino and claimed my welcome $100 free chip, which I met my playthrough requirements on and was able to request to withdrawal $100. I've turned in all documents necessary as well as done everything they've asked me to. I initially requested this withdrawal well over A MONTH ago and have been getting the runaround. I contact live chat support support just about every day and I always get told the same BS.. "I have forwarded your issue to our team, they will contact you via email". They never do. Please help.   • Slots 7 casino states that it takes 2/3 days for kyc verification. After 6 days and me contacting them twice I finally recieved an email stating my id was verified but my address document wasn't a valid proof.  It's my electric bill?!?!?!  So I just resent them a photo of my bank statement , medical insurance statement, car insurance.. I have to wonder if it'll be another 6 days of waiting.  It's only a $100.00 withdrawal??  I've never had to wait so long at any other casino. This place is ridiculous!

  •      I registered an account with "Slots 7 Casino" about 2 months ago.  I claimed the welcome chip of $100 that they offer when you first register with them.  I successfully met my playthrough requirements, allowing me to withdrawal $100. 
         I requested a withdrawal immediately after my playthrough requirements were met.  Several days went by and I started to wonder why my withdrawal request was still pending.  I contacted live chat support on 5 separate occasions and they all gave me the same response..  "Our team is working on it, please wait for them to contact you via email"..  After a week or so went by I was furious and contacted live chat again with the same issue, only this time the representative pushed my case through and finally I got an email from the support team asking me to send in my verification documents.  I successfully sent those in as I was instructed to do and about a week later I received an email from them saying that my documents were successfully verified.

         It clearly states on their website that the withdrawal procedure takes a maximum of "7-10 business days".  After my documents were submitted over 2 months ago, the 7-10 days for the withdrawal were supposed to start immediately.  Again, it's been 2 months and I've contacted live support just about EVERY day and they always give me the same response.. "I have forwarded the issue to our team and they will contact you via email very shortly".  I get very aggravated and tell them that I want to speak to a supervisor but for some reason there is NEVER a supervisor I can speak with that's available.  I've emailed the support team NUMEROUS times and they NEVER respond to me.  There is absolutely no reason why it has been 2 months and I still haven't gotten my money.  Please help.

  • I put in a KYC Months ago I was approved then I put in a withdrawal for $100. It's been months and every time I talk to them they send me the same loop. You've got to do the KYC, well I've done that, wait 7 business for it to go through. I have beens months 

    Now I'm hoping you can help me with this 🙏 I'm really need help.
