  • Terms and conditions aren't official law, this is just something whats casino uses against players. Every country have constitution act, and criminal act as well. There is a many laws for gambling, and none of this laws including casinos T&C. just clicking on button 'i accept ", its doesn't mean that is a official contract between player and casino. Online casinos uses this current foggy situation, because nobody controls theirs business, and theirs products ( in this case gambling and betting). They ripped off how much they can,and after some time,when deposits dont came anymore, they simply ipen a new online casino. That's is reason why you guys have a so many complaints, from all over the globe.

    When registering, players always accept a casino's T&C by clicking if they agree with them. T&C is the last word of the casino and the players must play according to their rules because they agreed with it during registration.

    If the player does not respect and obey the rules written in the casino's T&C, they will not pay out the winnings, simple as that.

    If a player carefully reads the casino T&C and does not like what is written in them, he simply will not play there.

    If the casino does not respect its own T&C, players can always complain to the regulatory body, in these cases to the license that the casino owns.

    It often happens that we suggest casinos to change certain things in their T&C, which are rogue and unfair, sometimes the casino accepts the suggestions and sometimes does not.

    That's why we always advise players to carefully read the casino's T&C before registering, which unfortunately most players don't do.

    Unfortunately we are still without any response from their side, so we are forced to close this complaint until we get some feedback. We tried to contact them for a several times but without success.

    Casino Rep got back to us and here is what they said:

    We must clarify that the information provided by the player in question appears to be largely inaccurate. The player’s account had been verified, and a withdrawal was in process.

    During this time, our fraud prevention team detected questionable activity on the player's account. The withdrawal was put on hold as the player attempted a fraudulent reversal of credit card charges previously made to our casino.

    To resolve the issue and proceed with the withdrawal, we requested a formal declaration from the player confirming no additional chargebacks were made, which the player unfortunately declined. Consequently, due to the fraudulent attempt against our establishment, the player's account has been permanently suspended.

    In such instances of fraudulent activity, we are unable to further engage or resolve any disputes with the player"

    With that being said, we will close this complaint and mark it as Resolved.

  • Let me say that Slotpot casino was in my favorites but I have almost 4 weeks waiting for the result of the verification of my account to be able to make my withdrawal. I don't know why it is taking so long to verify if it is normally 3 days .
