It happened today an update occurred and the interface changed and I try to play the, "Yes, It's Friday" tournament and its opened up the Pay Dirt! slots game, but it was not the tournament version of the game. It was the cash version. Contacted Live Help but did not know what was going on. They got something messed up.

  • Iam writing this to give a heads up to all people that play a Slotocash or uptown aces casino.  I have seen them pay out customers when they win so I'm not doubting that however once in a while I would come across a complaint and I figured the customer must've just not follow the terms and conditions I must've broke the rule. Until I recently experience there on ethical business practices myself so this is what I've learned and I hope my experience can help gives a heads up to the community and what I've learned.

    on 03/24/22 my withdraw was denied by Slotocash, The email I received stated that my passport expired so they cannot process my withdrawal.  My account was already verified back in 2020 and I had documents and showed it to slotocash however they still refused.  The passport they claimed that recently expired Is the same exact passport with matching serial number and was valid at the time which they accepted and used to verify my identity.

    I totally understand if I was never verified and I submitted a expired passport and they ended up rejecting it, however this was not the case.  A passport that they excepted back in 2020 just recently expired, not not make any sense because an expired passport does not magically change a persons identity however they didn't care.

    left with no other options I went ahead and went to the dmv to renew my driver license. I received a temporary drivers license as I waited for the actual license which would come in the mail sometime in a few weeks.  Slotocash sent me an email saying that they will except my temporary license if I can provide a receipt along with it and take a selfie. I went ahead and folder instructions and simulate the documents. Two weeks have gone by and I finally received email email stating that they just received the documents and that they are currently in the process of reviewing it. 
     

    this was a intentional delay tactic, talk to myself what kind of process or reviewing they are doing?  It's 2 photos of a document and a selfie this was not rocket science. The same amount of time it took for them to write the email they could've just looked at it and approved it. But that's not the worst thing after I submitted a complaint with lcb moderator, they finally responded only to tell me that they have got my temporary drivers license and approved it however I will still need my drivers license in order to process my payment.  
     

    I thought to myself so what was the pole point requesting my temporary drivers license only to make me wait two weeks so they can tell me that they won't process my payment until my drivers license get some milkmI thought to myself so what was the pole point requesting my temporary drivers license only to make me wait two weeks so they can tell me that they won't process my payment until my drivers license get submitted? Pretty ethical of them huh?

    during the complaint process Ms. sloto stated that verification is required every two years,  which I knew was a lie. I posted five different emails received from Them requesting Verification, I caught him off guard and I asked him if it's every two years then could you explain why I have went through five verification process while only being with Slotocash for two years?

    I also ask them can you please show me under terms and conditions where it says that the verification is required every two years? I told him that if verification was truly an issue why did they not block my account from making any deposits and asking for verification according to their terms and condition Verification process was to ensure integrity of both purchases and withdrawals however they never once restricted my deposits and ask for a verification it was only until I requested it withdraw did they decided to enforce the rules.

    I logged on to slotocash customer live chat as a guest and asked how often does a person have to submit documents in order to withdraw and their own representative said one time.  I provided them the screenshots of all the request each time I requested it with drawl including me logging on to live chat asking them regarding how many times does a person have to submitting documents in order to withdraw which their own representatives one. 
     

    I asked the moderator who was in charge of my complaint if he can please tell request Slotocash to address and answer my questions. The casino was unable to provide a valid answer and stop responding. It's been a total of 28 days now and I still haven't received my money.  Iam also blocked and cannot sign in into my slotocash account.

    so I just wanted to share my experiences and I want to tell you guys I have always thought this casino was legit because I seen them pay other people however just to keep in mind that this can happen to you just like it happened to me. If you happen to win a decent amount hurry up and request it with drawl do not win anymore because they will audit your account and find any reason or excuse. I can't believe they have a good review on this website and I hope you guys reading this can help spread the word.

    We just received a response from Slotocash Casino Rep and this is what they said. 

    "It’s not uncommon for players to be re-verified due to the large amounts of fraud, or if the documents on record have expired. Or it might be due to a risk control that was triggered, such as suspicious login activity (logging in from a different country, location, different device, maybe multiple failed logins were recorded). There’s lots of reasons why a player may be asked to reverify. I understand that it can be annoying, but for the vast majority of players its not a problem. In certain circumstances the risk team may waive certain rules, such as accepting a temporary ID. As for canceling a pending withdraw, that happens automatically when docs are denied."

    It seems they are very strict with their verification processes and payouts. They do indeed make the payouts, however the process can be annoying and agonizing. This is their protocol and there is nothing we can do about it, clearly. We don't know what else to tell you or how we can help. Other then providing them the valid documentation as requested and getting your money as soon as possible and eventually exploring different online casino options. 

    LCB is already a very transparent website and bases it's reviews and ratings off of the players' experiences. As you can see your opinion was voiced and it will remain on our forums and/or the review page for as long as jswqzs.com exists. We aren't here to chase other peoples vendettas. We are here to listen and offer a helping hand.

  • #1 - I would like to point out they still have not address or show me where terms and condition does it specifically say documents are required kept up to date. I went and enter to live chat as a guest because I wanted a genuine response without a bias answer and asked the representative how many time does a person have to submit documents for verification and they said only one time.  I will provide documents screenshot below

     

    #2 - As far as pending payment automatically cancels after a withdraw was being denied is also false. The pending got canceled a few days afterwards.  I even went as far as enter joining live chat and told the representative when my withdraw was denied I purposely left the withdraw pending so I wouldn't have to wait the 72 hr period. Why did they manually close it. If it was automatically the representative would of said that instead after slooked up which account and who Iam the representative just ignore my quest and closed chat .

  • I used a random email and asked Slotocash a few questions they responded within a day. As far as submitting my driver license haven't heard a single respond or peep. After all their reasons about anti laundering laws and making sure Iam the correct person I submitted my driver license and haven't heard anything. Super legit ethical casino.

    I would like to point out that I just found out Slotocash claims their casino is licensed in the Netherlands Antilles, in reality it's not license at all.  

    I searched through their entire site and have no found a legitimate license regulator logo along with no license number. I log on as a guest and asked the representative about slotocash are they license and person said yes but was unable to provide the license and license number telling me that information cannot be disclosed.  
     

    can you imagine if police pulled u over asking for driver license and you told them you cannot disclose this information?     if slotocash expects their customers to except responsibility for their own actions you sure better believe iam going to expect Slotocash to take responsibility of your own actions.  they manually closed my pending withdraw and I can't even log in.

    why would I need to request another withdraw?  I wasn't the one who intentionally canceled my pending withdraw which is illegal btw. I asked their representative why did they manually cancel my pending withdraw. If it was automatic she would have said that but instead ask for my information and realize it was me and closed chat without answering.

    They still haven't pointed out where it say Documents are required to be kept up 2 date

  • Have u looked how many deposits I have contributed to slotocash this year? It's an embarrassing amount however I have no issues uploading it for the world to see. Do you know why ? Because I cannot get over how someone like my self who was super loyal and spent a ridiculous amount of money to slotocash only to be treated like this.

However your intentional unresponsive shows it.  Great thing is LCB is non bias , I would have never had an opportunity to call you out. Your unresponsive attitude shows it.  
     

    #1 - You had a hidden agenda alternative motive. It had nothing to do with verification and I'll prove it to you np.. I offered to take a selfie with my passport  + piece of paper with current date.  You can easily match my selfie with the selfie I took in 2020 that you guys accepted. Matching expiration date matching serial number however you wouldn't accept it. The fact that I was able to provide a selfie and the  same exact passport in 2022  easily proves I was in fact Henry. How much drugs sniffed ? The expiration date doesnt effect anything you were simply just trying to deny my withdrawal absolutely no logic.

    #2- you still haven't show me under terms and conditions where does exactly say documents are required to keep up-to-date. 

    #3- why does terms and conditions says this verification process is for new players? 

    #4 - why did you ask me to submit my temporary drivers license and make me wait two weeks only to tell me that now you need my actual drivers license before you can process my payment.  Even a blind person can see your actions was just to delay it pure malicious intent.
     

    #5 . in live  chat I asked how often does a person have to verify your own representative said one time.  
     

    #6 . i was henry the entire time, you canceled my pending withdraw and withheld my funds for 38 days now.  
     

    Slotocash ,  sorry unfortunately weren't able address any of your valid concerns ,

    However we were able to successfully deny your  money for 38 days and cancel your pending to allow you to lose everything. we cannot be held responsible for our actions.

    I was 4 cents short from flamingo status I guess but I had paid using crypto and apparently with the extra fees to deposit which I don't know how when I paid extra to avoid that issue. I asked for consideration to be able to enjoy the flamingo status I was told I must deposit at least 25 in order to qualify to the level of flamingo. 4 cents short...And no consideration...I frequent and deposit at sisters and they were able to accommodate just not here...According to my receipts via cash app this deposit was within the proper amount to have qualified for the correct status to reflect in my account which it does not.

    I'm afraid there's nothing we can do. You will need to deposit more to meet the required threshold for Flamingo level. We cannot manually adjust player levels. Once you have made another deposit and met the minimum requirements your account will be automatically upgraded and you can take advantage of further free bonuses etc.

  • I signed up with promotional no deposit bonus,  this casino have all the games I like to play.  So I made deposit. I lost but I didn't mind because it's GAMBLING! I played in all available free roll tournaments,  I submitted my documents to verify my identity on May 24th, so I waited for the review of these documents.  On yesterday 06/26/22 I signed in and immediately went to customer service for clarity as to whether my documents had been reviewed and or approved.  I was to it takes 5 to 7 days for approval.  I then explained that it has been a month since I submitted my documents.  The rep came back with the reply that I needed to be patient because there's a process! How do they expect you to deposit your hard earned money not knowing if you'll even be approved! That in itself let me know they are not a casino I see will play at again.
