Their customer service is unbelievably unhelpful and a complete waste of time. They rush you out of the support chat even while you're typing a message! They'll say, "We haven't heard from you in a while. Thanks for reaching out, please get ahold of us if the problem continues." Are you KIDDING ME? It doesn’t matter if you've only been inactive for two minutes or longer; they just kick you out!These clowns don’t even keep notes on your file, so every time you get a new support agent, you have to start from scratch. And guess what? Every single one tells you something different about your situation. I’ve been told by six or seven different people that my payment is on track, only for the eighth person to tell me, on the 10th and last day of processing, that it still hasn't even been reviewed by their incompetent financial department. What kind of BULLSHIT is that?Now, let’s talk about payments. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had trying to get my winnings. I’ve been verified and everything, but they keep telling me there’s a 7 to 10-day hold for their so-called due diligence. After digging around, I’ve found people saying it took them over a month to get paid, and some were never paid at all!   • I won $700 from silver oak casino, I withdrew my money, and before you can withdraw you have to go make an account with coinbase and buy buy crypto so that the account can be active. Well I did all of that and was able to withdraw the money. I went on silver oaks website and there was the chat button, now keep in mind the chat has never worked before today. I wrote a message using chat and asked how long will it take for my withdrawal I to be deposited? The response was I do not see any withdrawals. Long story short they said because some of my winnings were mixed with bonus money. If that was the case why did they let me withdrawal? She said it's in the terms and conditions. I can't believe they took my winnings
