    The casino rep informed us that the value betting violation occurred at the event (Handball/Hungary/NB I/1x2/FTC-Pler - Csurgoi KK ) not the one you are referring to. They notified us that they consider your case closed and they won't be opening it again. We already marked your complaint unresolved here as we're unable to assist you further. 

  • Do you have any information? Were you able to get in touch with this thieving casino?!

    Please, this is a serious matter, and it requires you to inform the visitors of your site about the manipulations of this casino.

    As mentioned above, the casino representative is not willing to continue cooperating regarding your complaint, as they consider your case closed. They only notified us that a different event is flagged as value betting, not the one you mentioned.

    Since we are unable to assist you further, we have marked your complaint as unresolved. If you still feel wronged by their decision, you can file a complaint with the casino licensor.

    Do you mean contact from the casino rep? Unfortunately, we cannot do that directly, but you can elaborate on your case, and we will reach out to them to investigate further. Have you perhaps contacted the casino's support team?

    Or do you mean the licensor? In that case, there is a section directly on the licensor's website where you can submit your complaint.

  • Hi there! i waiting for my withdraw over 3 days. I read many complaints about rollino and when they don't answer on emails something wrong will happen xD How to contact with casino financial department and get answer? :) It is possible? I asked on chat and support... they write to me that my withdraw is in line and waiting for review (this is normal procedure) and they cannot tell me more because wright department is KYC department. So since 3 days i am sending emails without answer to [email protected] but they don't answer xD support and live chat advice me to contact with KYC department and this is like circle... xD Can somebody can contact me with KYC rollino and give me answer what is going on with my withdraw? xD

    Could you please let us know if your account has been verified? When exactly did you request the withdrawal, and which payment method did you use? The casino’s FAQs state:

    Your account must be verified to ensure a speedy withdrawal, which takes around 24 hours. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours, and it can take up to five banking days to payout.

    Please be advised that, due to the weekend, there may be delays in processing withdrawals. However, you can send us your casino username via private message and we will reach out to them regarding this.

  • yes my account was fully verifed... they banned me just like others who try to withdraw money xD i cannot login in to my account xd "the user have been disabled by the administrator, pleas contact with support or live chat" xd this is my situation xD

    and i am patience and calm ;)  it is not the first and not tle last casino/bookie wrote that i am cheater xd i think there was no single casino/bookie that call me a cheater and give back my money :) law is change in Curacao but the same person get license so all in all nothing change :) I read opinion about casinos owned by Altacore N.V. and it is better to stayaway from them xD for you own good ;) kind regards JovanaV!

  • Thank you JovanaV for you work, casino was online Yestardey so i think they reading message from you site but dont answer. I noticed on trustpilot that they answer only for 5 stars review xD
