last week i was banned from rizk casino without any good reason my account was already fully verivied and also did pay out a lot of time also did despoied addleast 600 euro when i was playing and i won the free spins form the promotion i just got banned and they didnt say why and how they did ask for documents so i gave them

I apologize for not coming back to you earlier. I have looked into your case again and the reason for the account closure and why the casino Rizk casino management have decided not to re-open your account is because you have severely breached our terms & conditions by creating multiple accounts.https://rizk.com/en/terms-and-conditions

"5.7 In certain circumstances we may have to contact you and ask you to provide further information to us in order to complete the Checks. If you do not or cannot provide us with such information then we may suspend Your Account until you have provided us with such information, or we may permanently close Your Account."
"18.2.3 We reserve the right, but shall not be required, to:

I now that the exate reason that they give me but that total bull shit becasue i did sent my full credentials and my account already had the OK from rizk them self. also the secont time did a pither with my ID so that have everyting that need. it was just about the 200+ spins in my account nowargering. In this canse i see it as fraud becouse when i ask what duplicate accounts the say they cant say becouse of privesy. what do you think ? MVG xklaver

i dont have any accounts expet this one. also did noting wrong end when i ask for the names of the other accounts they dont say anyting becasue of privesy so im not shore of any of the casino's is to trust becasue they all can do this and just take your money there isnt a place where you can go with tis kind of things ?

Spent time in order to recover your password. I go to the casino , no bonuses...... asked to support. Said that accidentally sent this letter to me no bonuses. Was extremely negative attitude to this casino. I can make a Deposit and I don't need any bonuses. But even so . If I had a non-existent offer , it is very unpleasant. Seemed legit since I hadn't logged in or played there for some months but when I asked live chat why there was no freebie, the rep responded in a somewhat rude manner that it should have been obvious the message was sent in error and not meant for me. No apology or small gesture offered to atone for the casino's mistake... left a bad taste in my mouth.

My issue starts with Rizk casino. They had offered me the welcome bonus of 100% up to $100 + 50 free spins. But guess what they haven't gave me my 100% match. I've via emailed them over and over. Not one of them solid honest workers replied back to me at all. I'm already dealing with Gowild casino taking away 4 of my fortune wheel spins.
