    24 bettle has been not willing to pay me on my irish Iban. I provided them with a Irish iban and they not required to pay them. Cause the wallet doesn't provide a bank statement. 

     

    Could you please help me resolve this matter.

    I might add that they also recently started spamming hard. I have accounts at b-bets and luckybull, and get daily emails from their support addresses trying to convince me to join their other brands. Often the same email twice, one from each casino I have an account at. They have an unsubscribe link at the bottom at the emails, but its just an underlined word, not an actual link to anything. Really unprofessional and a major red flag!

  • I created my account on February 22nd 2023 on tournaverse.com and made a deposit of 250 euro, claimed the welcome bonus, and began making 7 euro bets on slots. I was able to clear the bonus and win 108740 euro. After sending in my verification documents, my account was fully verified on February 27th 2023.

     

    I then made a withdrawal request for 5000 euro, but was informed that the payment would be split up into 1000 euro increments. I have received in total 4000€ in 12 months. I have about 6900 euro missing, wich they claimed have been processed from thier side, but this money have not been credited back to my tournaverse account nor have they reached my bank. I have sent multiple bankstatments prooving this.

     

    Now i have one withdrawal pending for 1900 euro from 23-01-2004

    6900 euro missing, they are investigation they say been 12 months investigation soon.

    Lots of money in my tournaverse account wich i cant do anything with.

    Meanwhile they continue to spam me with free spins and bonuses everyday.

    I have filed complaint at askgamblers, casino.guru and Madre their assigned ADR but nothing has helped as of yet. Please help me if you can.
