  • I Need Help with Rembrandt they dont pay my winnings . I sended them everything they wanted bank Statement then id Front and Back a document with my Adress and after all that they now want a bank Statement with my income. IT IS a pharse. Somehow i dont think they ever gonna pay my winnings. I got a pending withdraw of about 2400 Euro and i Made my deposit with Paysafe. My Account is macmop. please Help me.

  • Yes i got Updates. After sending Them my Most confident documents ( which i really did Not want to Share ) they finally emailed me that they will pay me in 2 or whatever Rates. Means i will get 1000 Euros in perhaps 2 days and i will get a Second payment on 5th of Dezember. IT was definetly the Last Time playing there for me. I do Not think they behave Like a trustable Casino. Well paying in Rates is so disrespectfull i Wonder how they would have looked if i played there and only deposited half of the Money . Well Take IT or Not you get the other half whenever i want to pay.

  • Update again: They Said that they will pay installments but still No Money Till now. I think they have an other understanding of 2 or three days.

  • I would definetly Like to thank you. IT helps a Lot having you Guys supporting. They really respond mich faster when U ASK. They Said it is on it's way. But they Said If IT still Not arrived Till thursday they will Need another bank Statement so they could trace the Money or whatever. From my experince i Made Till know with Rembrandt i would definetly bet that this is the exact way they try to Play me.

  • OK now IT IS 20.12. i received an e-mail on 6.12 that the Second installment was paid and should arrive ob my Account soon. No Money in my Account by now. I should send bank Statements again so they could investigate where my money is. I did Not Receive Money Till now i am not willing to Share any bank statements to Them any more, i was really Patient and i do Not want to scam them. I Just want the Money they owe me and then i am done with Them. After all i do Not understand why there is No warning for this Casino. Thanks for your support

    I am having now delayed payment of my winnings in this casino Tournaverse. Withdraw request made 22.1.2023 and after that i have done my account verification process with them and it was completed and approved 1.2.2023. So after that day they should have done my 3500 euro withdraw request but I havent got any money from them yet. I have used Trustly as deposit method there and withdraw request was made bank transfer method. They also sent this info regarding my withdraw:

    "You have recently requested a withdrawal from us.

    I would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been accepted, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions the withdrawal has been split up in installments.

    The first installment of €1000 is on its way to your bank account and should arrive within 2 business days to your bank account depending on the speed of your bank. The second installment shall be done around the 17th of February."

    So also this second payment timeline date 17.2 has gone now. They also this info to me:

    Kindly note that we have processed your payout by our side on 3rd of February and it should have by now reached your account.

     It would be great if you could somehow help me to got my money.

    We hope that they will stick to their words and pay you as soon as possible.

  • Hi Guys. 

    Im having trouble getting my money paid out (€1001) from Big 5 casino. On 8th May, they confirmed my withdrawal was sent to me but it never arrived in my bank. On the same date, I sent them a bank statement to prove it hadn’t paid and they said they would investigate. They have been investigating ever since and they still haven’t got an answer for me or resent the money.  It shouldn’t take 2 months for them to investigate. Every time I email them to get an update they say they are still investigating but I think 2 months is far too long and can’t ever see this investigation being complete! Can you contact them and see what the hold up is?

    On the 14th of January i won 5380€ with LuckyBull Casino. The account was verified after them receiving all the documents they asked for on the 5th of February and my 5000€ withdrawal was pending (380€ balance in the account)
    After chasing the Casino for this withdraw, on the 16th of February i received an email that the 5000€ was approved but they were sending it via 2 payments. 1000€ has been sent and should get it tomorrow they said and the other 4000€ would be sent on the 1st of March.
    On the 27th of February i contacted the Casino with proof of my bank statement to show that i still had not received 1000€ from them.
    On the 03rd of March i received 1000€ from the Casino in my bank account. The Casino chat informed me that i would receive the other 4000€ on the 17th of March and they will also process the 380€ balance on this day as they do not process withdrawals until the other is completely paid.  
    On the 21st of March the 4000€ is still not in my account. Chat confirmed it has been sent and will likely hit account on the Thu or Friday that week.
    I chased this for a few weeks to be told that the Casino are having technical issues and are looking to resolve this.
    On the 31st Of March i received another 1000€ not the 4000€. I asked the Casino chat why they are only sending bits out and is taking along time. I was informed that they have changed the terms and conditions and will only pay 1k per week and will not process the last withdrawal until the whole 5k is completed there end.
    On the 4th of April i received another 1000€ and nothing since. After repeatingly chasing, the Casino emailed me that my account is inactive for 3 months and i need to deposit in order for them to continue to pay out what i won. It was in active as they were not processing my withdrawal. In any case  I deposited 10€.
    Again no further payments were sent to me and when chasing it, the Casino said that 1000€ was processed on the 31st of March and the other on the 4th of April and will process the 380€ withdrawal once i have the 2k.
    On the 9th of May The Casino told me they are now processing the 380€ withdrawal and to send them a statement of the 2000€ i have not received which i did. They did reply on the 15th of May to say they are investigating why i have not received 2000€. On the 19th of May they reply that they are still investigating.
    On the 29th of May i emailed the Casino complaints department and they did reply on the 1st of June to notify me that they had an issue with the payment system and are sending the 2390€ balance that is owed to me to my account. Again chasing this to be told the same thing that they are sorry for the delay.
    On the 19th Of June the Casino emailed that they have decided to confiscate the funds with no detailed specific explanation.
    I still have 2390€ owed to me from this Casino and they wont pay out what i won. They have made every excuse to delay the payment and now have decided not to pay at all.
    I appreciate your assistance in this matter.
