.I made a deposit,requested a bonus,as a result I cannot control bitcoin and International time difference which made my deposit 51 seconds early of Saturday and so they seemed it Friday,casino refused any flexibility to give me bonus including my long standing loyalty and deposit implications beyond my control,they refused and instead were sarcastic and rude completely unhelpful or even willing to try,they have no manners or business sense and treat players like the enemy,I respectfully reasked explaining all this they refused again not taking into consideration I've been there years and deposit regularly som etines daily..they still refused ...I was forced to seek help they still refuse and now they have disabled my live chat facility,refuse to answer any emails and I send and I send to management ,security and support but no one replies and lastly I've broken no rules and the have now closed my account without notification or explanation yet they presume to think they get to keep all my money.this is uncouth uncalled for unprofessional and downright offensive and rude not to mention bad mannered.
