Seems like an OK casino for playtech games. I played here about 7 years ago and everything was fine. I just returned recently and played again. Won $1100 and they paid me in about 3 days. Secondly every time I need to get in touch with their 'Live Support' either I wait 10 minutes for Live Agent to show up in chat or I wait 20 minutes for their reply. That's not acceptable. I haven't deposited in ages and I was happy to see that I received 100 Free Spins. Aham, I insert code and of course like I expected, there was no Free Spins. I get in touch with Live Support, she said it's there.. Forst friend of mine go banned there for winning to much and he made insane wins on Mr.Cashback, since then I didn't deposited single penny there. Secondly every time I need to get in touch with their 'Live Support' either I wait 10 minutes for Live Agent to show up in chat or I wait 20 minutes for their reply. That's not acceptable. I haven't deposited in ages and I was happy to see that I received 100 Free Spins. Aham, I insert code and of course like I expected, there was no Free Spins. I get in touch with Live Support, she said it's there.. I sad.. it's not there, she said log out and log in back And I finally exploded and was very rude to Live Agent and said they will never ever receive single penny from me.I know there is no Fly representative across gambling forums which tell a lot about how much they care. I want to make one thing clear here.I do think they are safe casino with terrible Live Support and the way of conducting their business. Bye,bye forever . They arent that big in the business like others however they are now a part of big network and everything for you as a player is possible.
