This slot by Playtech launches us right to the top of Mount Olympus, to the King of Gods, Zeus himself. This is yet another title in the popular slot franchise by the renowned developer and judging by the previous titles, we can expect to see some real action in this Playtech’s title. 

Theme

In the previous title, we were able to see the entire Pantheon of Olympus but this time we are facing Zeus himself. The Ancient Greek mythology is rich with heroic tales and filled with majestic gods and tales of their deeds, but the most astonishing story is the story of Zeus. 

Zeus is depicted as per usual, a gray-haired sage with the body of Hercules with a thunderbolt in his hands. The slot reveals some of Zeus’ most powerful attributes and reels include a number of artefacts and motifs from the Ancient Greek world such as vases, golden lyres and recognizable Greek trireme ships, however…

…the most beautiful symbol in the game depicts a magnificent eagle, usually recognized as the symbol of Zeus, and the winged horse Pegasus, who delivered thunder and lightning from Olympus in the name of the Almighty Zeus. 

The artwork is very nicely done. The colors and the animations amazingly complement the theme of gods and Olympus and Playtech has overall done a very good job as far as the theme goes. 

Betting Options and Functions

Age of Gods: King of Olympus has 25 paylines, giving players a decent chance at a win. These fixed paylines are set across 5 reels. The minimum bet is $0.25 with the maximum being $10. 

The UI is very convenient. The Spin button is on the far-right side, with the Turbo Mode button and the AutoPlay button next to it. These two buttons can help you spin away faster and easier. The Info tab is there to keep you informed about the rules of the game.

Bonus Features

Three or more scatters anywhere on the reels will trigger 10 free games. The free game begins with a x2 multiplier and with every two spins the multiplier increases by one. All the wins during a spin are multiplied by the multiplier’s value during that spin. 

The wilds appear in the middle position of the third reel for all free game spins. The free games cannot be retriggered.
