  • I have been waiting for a week now for my documents to be approved in Slots Empire. I was told it only takes 3 business days were beyond that. What's frustrating my documents are already approved at their sister casinos Aussie Play and Slots Royale. I have requested help from the direct support it hasn't help.  I have enjoyed playing at their casinos and can only hope this issue is a one time problem. At this time I'm going to take a wait and see approach.  The staff and chat have been excellent but it hasn't resolved my problem.

    I have received an approved payment email and that it will be sent to the provided BTC wallet shortly. The money is no longer in my balance neither on my wallet, transaction shouldn't take that long, with any other casino it's handled instantly or max 30 min.

  • Hello, does anyone know how long it takes to receive a withdrawal from Red Dog Casino? I recently won 12k (yay!), sent my documents on the 22nd, had to resend banking validation.
