  • my review of PrincessStarCasino

    i was looking for a casino with Amatic software, other than the only casino i was playing at with this software. well it wasnt an easy find, but the biggest search engine on the web, got me at a place called PrincessStarCasino.
    when i looked for more information on a couple of the most reputable sites on casino's, i found nothing...
    so i looked at the terms and conditions. great indication for your chances of actually getting paid your possible winnings. the T&c's were very clear, no difficult language and well... not a lot. so no lists filled with what you can or cant do, no iffy bonusterms whatsoever...
    you can claim or decline a bonus before depositing and declining doesnt affect future offerings.

    that amount hit my skrill account well within the hour. from registering to withdrawing and receiving my winnings was about 6 to 8 hours.
    later i played more and withdraws are near to instant (i only talk about skrill)

    the casinomanager i believe, is Vitaly. he is one of the kindest, and knowledgeable casino managers i've talked with. he has a hands on approach and asks his customers what he can do to improve their experiences at princess star casino.
    for example i mentioned that i would like to see the minimal withdrawable amount the same as the min deposit. the min deposit was 20 and min wd 100... this was changed within days! the minimal amount for withdrawing is now 20 so great for low rollers. such great customer service and approach i can only praise...

    TLDR;
    Asked for cashback
    CS argued with me about terms of previous bonus
    CS offered 20 free spins for misunderstanding
    I thanked him and asked to let manager know about issue
    CS said now I can't free spins
    I know I should of just let it go, but it's the principal! But boy what a waste of time. *<B-)

    Over the weekend I purchased the 100 mbtc bonus through the LCB shop.

    After clearing playthrough I am left with .498 BTC, and the max withdraw is .500...perfect.

    I wanted to keep playing and was planning on withdrawing and then depositing to get rid of the max.

    I contacted support first, and they told me I could just keep playing as if I had just deposited the .498

    I ran it up to about 1.1 before running it back down to 0.0 - all good though


    So yesterday I hop on to see if I'm eligible for any "personal cashback" bonus (which I've gotten in the past)

    Me: i had ~.500 after completing the playthrough instead of just withdrawing, i spoke with support i would have just withdraw it and then deposit it back, bc i wanted to keep playing




    Me: i could have withdrawn .5 BTC, i was going to and then re deposit it

    The limit on such a bonus means you can withdraw maximum 0.1 BTC , no more it's our terms


    We went back and forth a little more about the max withdraw for the bonus I no longer had. I wish I would of just given up then, but I suppose I'm too stubborn(I've withdrawn .500 before from the same bonus, and I know how to read the terms)

    Just wanted to say thanks for the bonus and I really didn't feel "entitled" to any bonus to begin with.  I was just inquiring which led to the frustrating conversation.  The main reason I made the post here was to point out the "if you ask to have a manager look at your situation, previous offer will be retracted" ultimatum. I'm not sure if it's how they were trained to handle a situation, if they didn't want to go through the trouble of contacting a manager, or if they were hoping to just sweep it all all under the rug.

    i have a really bad issue with Princessstar, i guess it needs more attention because the support isn't really helpful! Last monday 11th of april around 22:38 in the evening i made a deposit of 0.024 btc,
    i was waiting until it will hit my account, but it never did. i contacted them and they told
    me they have problems with Cubits, the company that provide payment solutions, oke that can happen, tuesday noon still nog sign of my money, so i asked is it safe to deposit again, agent told me yes, well oke i send another 0.014 to my address so i can play, waiting and waiting and also this money is still not added, i miss a total of 0.038. i spoke with Cubits they told me they confirmed my deposits to princessstar l, but princessstar is unhelpful and really slow with things, i hope i can get better help trough here!

  • Hi,i won 50 euro at princess star casino,had my ID verified but they refuse to let me make a deposit to cash out the money.The site clearly states they accept Neteller as deposit option but support told me they no longer accept Neteller.I checked their site after more than a week and Neteller is still listed as an option.
      I sent another email to ask them if they accept MasterCard Debit issued by Neteller for deposit and withdrawal,they told me they do but my MasterCard deposit was declined too.
      I tried another Neteller deposit again and now the site show system error but  listed the deposit as pending when it should be instant.

  • Hi i self excluded at princess star because i all of a sudden didnt receive any bonusses anymore and after asking why at least 5 times, i was done with it and self excluded for a year or something.

    Now if i get the same bonus options as in my first year at princess star, i would want to give it a go again.
