    I am verified member since last year here. I did a lots of deposits and cashout here. But last day and until now my cashout is still pending. I chat and email the support and i just received the same copy paste word that my request is already forwarded to financial department, not just once, twice, thrice but a lot of times. I salute the support for copy and paste words that they answered me. So upset and so disappointed.

In the screenshots in the third line provided by Microgaming it makes it clear respin fee does NOT increase the bet value, therefore, it is not a bet but a fee. Therefore respinning does not violate the bonus betting rules and this casino has made a serious error and harmed the reputation and trustworthiness for all Dirext Limted casinos

     Playamo abuses wording and uses ambiguity to steal winnings from players does not make them a good casino. Furthermore, no casino can change the meaning of a word.  "Cost: can not beam BET a wager and a cost are two totally different things    I polled a few dozen casinos in chat this is what they all say about the respin feature. Is it a bet or is it a cost?  My Facebook 

    pages  are Playamo Customer complaints and Direx casinos scam exposed.    They have all he evidence in this matter and until this casino stops stealing players jackpots NOBODY should play here. See below the General letter they send out to rip players off for jackpots this comes with NO supporting evidence unless you demand it. The  Canadian media are currently working on a story about this and I will post the link to it when it airs.  In my case, there was NO bonus abuse. I read and understood CLEARLY what Pragmatic Play, Microgaming and Betsoft all-state a respin is A COST. This casino should lose it a license for pulling this crap.     What good are bonuses if it leads to a TRAP? Many casinos lure players in only to rip them off for their jackpot with a general letter that gives no supporting evidence then they simply ignore you...... Look at my complaint: Watch for my Youtube channel where I expose the fakes and show you how to play for days with a minimum deposit.

    As part of my pilot show The happenstance hunter I record gameplay at casinos and demonstrate responsible gambling with minimum bet deposits, minimum bet play and who people how to play for days on a single $25 deposit. The first thing I to read over terms and conditions for the bonus and take screenshots. Nowhere in the bonus terms and conditions dotes it state a respin fee/cost is a bet. I have memberships with over 70 online and I feature the respin reels the most as I am extremely good at them. While I started playing at this casino as I would try to play some machines a pop up appears stating "oh no: you can't do that you are in the bonus. This pop up reflects the "about us" section of the casino demonstrating they truely do watch out for and take care of players. 
    Then I went to the game butterfly. At no time did this casino provided the "oh no" pop-up stating this would violate the bonus rules. Even though I know respins are a fee I went threw the game info to show people watching my feed the ins and outs of the game. When it came time for a respin the only "pop up" that came up was a message stating I had to pay a fee to get the reel to respin. Again no pop-up message to warn anything was wrong with respinning or they had a different idea of what a respin was clearly outlined as in the game rules.

    I was in my third day of play on my $25 deposit when I logged in to see $250 was stolen from my account! I then received a generic e-mail stating I violated their terms and they were taking my winnings? I advised them of the ambiguity created by them for leaving a respin fee open for their own interpretation contrary to what all 3 software providers of the respin games clearly state it is a fee/cost and separate from the game. Prior to playing Jade butterfly, I had multiple pop-ups stating "oh no" you can not do that so where there was NO indication that I was breaching their made-up a rule I had absolutely no idea they were entrapping me. Since posting my complaint online other gamblers have contacted me stating they have been entrapped too and it is clear that this casino knew of the trap and deliberately did nothing to protect their customers and with malicious intent removed the "oh no" messages from the respin games so they could continuously deceive players and steal their winnings.

    If there is any ambiguity in a contract/terms and conditions the fault lies with the creator of the contract and can not be used to entrap players. But with this casino, it is a malicious intent to entrap. They know of the ambiguous terms that do not outline a respin fee as a bet. This casino keeps it like this so they can steal winnings from unsuspecting players who are lulled into a sense of trust by the "about us" section and the fact the casino pops up a warning if something violates the bonus rules. Further proof of their malicious intent to deceive is the fact it has been well over a week now and they have done nothing to rectify the ambiguity they have created thus proving they are out to entrap and steal winnings.

    Cost vs wagering
    The definition of cost is completing different than wagering. In the respin info it clearly outlines it as a cost to get the wheel to spin again and clearly states the only payout you get is on the original fixed bet. It goes on to further state if you were to change your bet in any way you lose the ability to pay the respin fee/cost. In my case, the bet was set at .30cents at the tie I paid the respin fee and that did not change to any level violating the bonus rules regarding bet restrictions. 
    I can forward via e-mail the conversations about their scam however it is relevant. My issue is this casinos ambiguity and malicious intent to entrap. Since that has been clearly established this casino should have their license revoked and a full investigation into their illegal and unprofessional behavior be launched and the money recouped for the countless unsuspecting players they have entrapped and will continue to entrap unless something is done.

    You can see the screenshots backing this up at Playamo customer complaints Facebook page DO NOT TRUST ANY DIREX LIMITED CASINO until they stop entrapping players and prove they operate with integrity and honesty. Share with every gambler and casino site you know.

  • BlindLuck, I watched your video and have a question.

    Did you:

    A) Make single respin for over the max bet allowed.  

    B) Respin the same reel a bunch of times that in total added up to to more than the maximum.

    The whole "Here's a bonus, but if you make a single bet over 5 bucks and end up winning, we'll just take it all, and if you do it and lose, we won't bother telling you that you broke the rules so you won't know for next time" is obviously super scummy and predatory.  But, there's a big difference between A and B. 

    If you did B, I think you have a very strong case.  A, not so much. 

    These terms originated from casinos legitimately protecting themselves from being exploited by players that would bet their entire balance on a single bet - if they won, they'd easily clear the bonus.  Now adays, casinos just see it as another opportunity to confiscate money from players, just like having max cashouts, confiscating winnings is a part of their buisness model.

    If they were really worried about you betting more than $5, or whatever, the software wouldn't let you make the bet. Period.  But that's not what they're worried about.

    It's a shame the owners of these forums won't put their foot down.

    I deposited with my e-wallet 100 usd and played bonus free.

    I have the luck to win some money.  My balance is 535 usd

    I uploaded my docs at the web site.  National id, passport, utility bills and e-wallet screenshots

    Playamo security section have declined all of my uploaded docs.  They just did not aproved them

    I uploaded them again and again

    I actually ignore the cause they are asking to repeat the same action

    This morning, they asked to send a selfie of myself holding my id card, I did it. 

    Now, they have ask me to make a new photo of me holding a paper writen "hi playamo" and the actual date

    I ask for help to know what is playamo looking for

    I guess, that sending this latest request would not be the end

    Beginning of June I had registered an account with Woo Casino and made couple of deposits total $50. On my 2nd deposit I played and wagered their bonus and made withdraw request of $282 for 1st time. After that they requested plenty of documents which I had uploaded accordingly were approved (Evidences attached). But they were run around to process my withdraw request for several days and they kept busy to collect extra documents like evidence of my wealth,personal properties,source of income,my business etc. But I was patience enough and uploaded every single document they requested. In the meantime I played some more new slots with max bet only .60 cents and I was managed to raise balance $570 and made withdraw requested for last time.     As I already explained in one of my posts your account was closed and your winnings were confiscated due to bonus abuse. We asked the casino to refund your deposit which they did thanks to us. With that said there is nothing further we can do for you regarding this case.

    We got the message from the casino. Here's what they told us: Please be kindly informed customer was closed by our security department throughout the license.

    They didn't share anything else with us so unfortunately, there is nothing further we can do for you, at least we helped you to get your deposit back. 

  • My partner won $1000 on Playamo after depositing a lot more than that over the course of a year (depositing different amounts on different occassions & never from a card that wasn't his) has never made a withdrawal, until he tried 3 weeks ago to withdraw the $1000 (as stated at the start of this post) so because he wasn't verified he went through the process of getting verified & they have accepted all his documents but then emailed him saying there are duplicate accounts on the same IP address, which there aren't. Now they are saying he has to get the other person to verify there account too but he has no idea who it is because no one else has used his phone to play online other than him. They are withholding the $1000 now & essentially he has no way to withdraw any money from Playamo so there is literally no point in him playing on this site ever again. So now the only way for him to do anything with the $1000 is to play it all the way down because he cannot withdraw it in any way. Horrible experience for him & do not recommend Playamo at all.
