Hello, my name is Sergey. I'm contacting you on regard of Play.casino's recent actions towards me. My account name at Play.casino is spravedlivyj. I registered at Play.casino in December 2016. Played from time to time - both slots and roulette. Mostly roulette recently. Wasn't lucky at first. I was even pronounced a VIP player. Then I hit a win of approximately $11k playing roulette (paid out). But when I got the second big win of $11700 in a week or so (again, playing only roulette, no bonuses or stuff like that) and ordered a cashout, I was told that there is an investigation on my account. Casino staff promised to give me a call. But they did not. In a few days my account was blocked with all of the last win amount still there. The only comment that comes from casino support is that I was a fraud and the decision to block my account is final.
That seems like either a big mistake or an extremely rogue behavior on their side. I kindly ask you to review this case.

I received bonus offer, I made deposit, played only slot game within allowed limits, met wager requirements and then I made withdrawal of 3100€.
After few days I checked my account and found out that it was disabled. I did not receive any notice about this. I went to live chat, they did not provide me any detailed informations they only copied this from their terms and said my account is disabled due to following reasons :
• participating in any type of collusion with other players
• development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings
• fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers
• charge back transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made
• creating two or more accounts
• other types of cheating
Six different accusations, all false. When somebody accuse you of something like this I would like to know where did they get such idea. I sent email as well, I got reply with the same copy/paste accusations. Nothing explained, nothing in detail. It seemed like an automated message without any name signed at the end (Play Casino Support Team! signature).
I made withdrawal and it looks that someone would not like to pay this amount instead I was accused with 6 different charges, all false. In my defense I am here to prove you wrong and I would like to have decent conversation with you about this, because I believe someone at play.casino made mistake. I did nothing wrong and all these accusations are false. I believe play.casino owe me 3100€ and I believe I should receive this money. Please respond.

You offered me a bonus! You sent me an email. I made deposit. I played one slot game with same stake within allowed limits, I did not decrease it. I followed your rules. And now when I won something you closed my account and your explanation is this?

some of these T&C's are predatory and we strongly urge you to change them.
- both recreational and advantage player gonna try increase their balance, thats the whole point of gambling .
- players change their bet size all the time, as well as change the games they play. And wehter they are advantage or recreational player a common logic implies to switch to low varience games after a big win. Granted some are smarter than others, but its fully legitimate to be in such position.
- Making deposits with only bonus promotions without free cash deposits - Not a fair rule. If you so fear bonus abuse then don't offer bonuses .
- which player is going to monitor deposit/bonus ration ? No one is going to do this.
Being an advantage player is not illegal, and trying to take an advantage of a bonus promotion is fully legit. We all want to win.
