  • Bonjour, je vous adresse ce message sans conviction, j'ai fais une demande de retrait le 16 septembre 2013 par ticket sur le casino, toujours pas traiter à ce jour, j'ai fourni les papiers demandés dès le 20 septembre 2013. il m'a été demandé par 3 fois supplémentaires la carte bancaire (empreinte) que j'avais déjà fournit par mail, puis par ticket, puis encore deux fois par mail, en attendant les semaines passent, le 15 octobre je reçois un courriel me précisant que ma demande du 12 octobre à été approuvé le 15 octobre,pratiquement 1 mois après ma demande de retrait, depuis toujours rien les 14 jours tout au plus pour traiter un retrait sont largement dépassés, mais ma patience à des limites, ce qui est bizarre c'est que lorsque l'on fait des dépôts il n'y a jamais de problème mais pour les retraits c'est autre chose, d'ailleurs pour les dépôts il ne nous ai jamais demandé une empreinte de carte bancaire, je suis dans la 7 ème semaine pour un retrait, c'est une honte,  shocked shocked shocked si vous en avez la possibilité merci pour votre aide. I now have 2 ticket numbers, the first from 4/10 is #MXB-316-90827 and overnight i was sent four- 2 from pamper and 2 from ac for some reason, the last one from pamper being #VSR-291-74493. As you can probably see the 4/10 is when it was first approved and supposedly submitted for processing and now 2 months later still no money and what looks like a restarted withdrawal.     Your withdrawal has already been processed. The reason for the delay was because it was a 2 part withdrawal (credit card refund + Neteller) and secondly because of a review of your account. That was concluded and the withdrawal was processed.

    From what I can gather you are claiming the refunds we processed to your card(s) have not been credited. The refunds were processed on November 7th so they absolutely should have reached by now. Considering this, please contact Accounting with a copy of your latest statement showing the refunds have not credited and Accounting will attempt to contact our bank and find out what is going on.

    I should warn you that it is very possible our bank will simply say they have sent the refunds and there is nothing more they can do. At that point you will need to contact your bank to find out what is going on. So before we do all this I recommend you contact your bank anyway because I can assure you the refunds were sent on the 7th of this month and several hundred players are refunded by us via this bank every month and there has never been a single problem. The only issue is some banks take an inordinate amount of time to credit the refunds on the player side. I would check if that is happening with your bank.

      i explained to tim several times after he read me terms that on one of my live bets, i bet 10 it said expected winnings 22.50.  i received 22.50 when i wonn..  on my other bet i bet 10 expected win 20.  i won and received 20.  i thnk that  the bet heis counting is my other live winnings and he using the terms to back them up instead of looking at my history and verifyhing whether or not two or three live bet winnings were posted.  I even asked for all three dates of deposits and i got no response.  .  i have also requested my BET HISTORY AND GAME PLAY HISTORY almost two weeks ago and i got no response.  I put in another request on oct 27, and again no response.  what is taking so long/ so much for a response in 24 to 48 hours.

    after tim told me more than once it was deposited, i opened ticket and requested the live bet winnings deposit hisory and game play history ffrom sept 29 to oct 3 to be sent to me.  I have requested about five times and NOTHING..

  • Hi, I don't know if this is a problem or just a standard procedure but for me this didn't look like something good.

    I've played exclusive 700 euro no deposit bonus on Moneystorm Casino and made a wagering. Than I got 152 euros in real cash balance. I've opened a ticket on 2nd November for withdrawing my money via Neteller. Got response from Accounting department on 5th November that my request is received and that I'll be updated when they will review the request. I didn't received any update since 12th November and than saw that for first withdrawal they request documents (ID and Utility bill). So because I didn't want to lose more time in same ticket I've send them required documents (I've verified my account on Pamper and made withdrawal, and because they are sister casinos I don't know if i should verify my account on Moneystorm too, but I've send documents anyway).

    So far I didn't get any reply from them, and today I went to see if there is any response I saw that my ticket is not there (in View Ticket section). The money are still on my casino balance. So I went to chat support to ask them why my ticket is gone, but I didn't get any response from them.

  • Me too!  Been in the process since Nov 20th.  I was told they are re-vamping processes and it will be different soon.  But, I mean, really??  Any help is greatly appreciated if possible!  Most of the time they are nice on the phone but have little to no information.
