    Not a single one of those statements is true.

    You deposited a total of $257 at AC Casino most of which was refunded minus fees.

    You deposited $714.23 at Pamper all of which was either charged back or charged to us in chargeback fees. Yes, chargeback fees are $100 per transaction or so irrespective of amount of transaction so for example, if you do 5 deposits of $20 and then charge them back, not only does that cost the casino the $100 you charged back, it also costs an additional $500 in fees. This is why casinos show no mercy to chargeback cheats. Once you chargeback it is highly unlikely ANY casino will want to have anything to do with you. You are basically banned for life from online gaming because chargeback data is shared across casinos thanks to fraud agencies like Iovation nowadays. Think of the consequences of your decision BEFORE you chargeback.

    Hoping you can clear something up for me and direct me as to the best way to proceed with making a withdrawal on a free chip.  This does pertain to my account at AC Casino, so if you cannot provide me with an answer, please forward the question along to Eric.

    I redeemed a free chip of $56.   I met the wagering requirements and the bonus money was released into my Real Cash account.  I see that the casino policy states there is only a 2x maximum cash-out on free chips.   My balance at $120.   When I go to submit a withdrawal ticket, the only options available for players from the US are Western Union/Moneygram and Bank Wire.  The WU/Moneygram option carries a $50 fee and the Bank Wire option is a $100 fee.   Seeing as how I only have $120 in my account, and the maximum I can withdrawal is only $112.00 (2x free chip), neither one of them seems like a very appealing option.   

    Is there another option for us poor folk located here in the US to withdrawal?   Or would the casino be willing to waive, or lower the fee associated with withdrawals on a free chip with such a low maximum allowable withdrawal amount?   I’ve deposited a few times over the years at AC Casino, and many times at Pamper in the past.

    And for the record, anyone who may be reading this – I successfully withdrew winnings at Pamper Casino back when Quicktender was still around.   After initial verification, the withdrawal process went very smoothly and I was very happy with all of my communications with both the Support staff and the Accounting department.  Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful all the way through.

    Thank you for your kind comments. Yes, this is a headache with smaller withdrawals to the US market right now. Not being able to provide a feasible method for smaller withdrawals due to the relatively high fees associated with bank wire & money transfer is frustrating for us too but I'm sure you know it is not a situation we've created.

    However, in your case, if you have deposited in the last couple months in either one of the properties what we can offer to do is simply refund the deposits up to the amount of the withdrawal. The fees on that would most likely be lower depending on the deposit method. I would recommend getting in touch with Eric (eric AT online casino DOT ac) and he will do whatever he can for you.

Again, see above, the casinomeister site retracted their assertion and they were the only ones who listed us on their "NR" list and that was only for a week before we found out about it, contacted them, corrected any confusion and they removed us from the "NR" list......

    As far as Pamper/AC and any other casino we are actively monitoring and re-evaluating. Pamper Representative has been more than helpful in resolving player issues and unless this changes for the worse and/or if the withdrawal issues become overwhelming then there is no reason to blacklist them.

    Now I really cannot sympathize with you here, as you tried to defraud this casino ( chargebacks). In case you do have an evidence to support your claims then by all means be free to private message me.

That one link on one page was broken because we recently migrated the support site to a new server and that link somehow got overlooked and didn't get updated. Thank you for pointing that out.     I'm assuming this is your first withdrawal? If yes, you would have noted that it says on the page where you requested the withdrawal :

    "Having understood the process outlined above I now know that for me to receive a first time withdrawal that requires document verification it could take as much as much as 10-14 business days."

    You are required to check that before you can submit the ticket.

    If you submitted the ticket after close of business on Wednesday it has still not even been 3 business days. I am sure you will receive a response sometime soon when Accounting opens this week. Let us please use this thread for actual player issues. I am not allowed to intervene or even investigate unless something unusual appears to have happened which does not appear to be the case here.     The first name on the 2 accounts is essentially the same (one is a contraction of the other, for example "John" & "Johnny").

    The last name on the 2 accounts is identical.

    The password on both accounts is almost identical.

There hasn't been a single business day since then since today was Columbus day where the Accounting department is located. So when you come and post here I am forced to look at your case and then find out there is nothing I can do since you just requested it and we are still well within expected parameters. This takes up valuable time away from genuine player issues and makes a mockery of the process here. Please do me a favor and let Accounting handle the withdrawals. I assure you posting here does not help get them processed any faster.
