    I have been a player from oishi for a long time always satisfied and happy.

    Until I won 2200 euro, I always lost all my deposits. Then I won and they won't pay me. This was years back I didn't know LCB forum had such a good back channel support. I am trying to seek justice . They void my winnings on the reason:

    -participating in any type of collusion with other players
    -providing incorrect registration data
    -development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings
    -fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers
    - creating two or more accounts
    - other types of cheating

    They never SHOWED any proof. They just withhold my balance. Ofcourse I never did this things above. I want to ask if  we representive can show LCB forum any proof because there is NON. 

    Hope nothing happens simulair to other players it has been defestating and a nightmare for me back then.

  • Slotkampioen777 oh ya something similar and more. They just plain don't think we can win... they just want deposits forever then when we win they go crazy all over findings ways to not pay. Last time i won 2k there similar as you i had to treathen with lawyer as they had removed my win and just paid me like i had played a no deposit like wtf. But i was so tilted they refunded me what was stolen as i was 100% right. It's one of many shits around there through the years. I mean rip 10k+ straight to then win 2k with comps (earned with raw deposits only so cant be no deposit thing at all) and they go crazy trying to steal... always problem. Over and over. I thought if i ripped lots they would leave me alone in the future if i win oh hell fak no.

    Not to mention they constantly reset vip status and remove all perks every 6-12 months without warning. Last time i was there i was waiting for my vip weekly cashback on monday, they had a maintenance that day.. popped up with new site and removed AGAIN all vip status so i was told im not a big player enough to receive vip rewards like WTF. So i just excluded.. for life.. and it's whole dama group.. they all fraud .. all of them. Complete bullshit group that turned from decent to a load of wannnabe scammers all over. The list of casinos in dama that fucked me is beyond belief.

    So ya.. just dont go back.. its not worth it. Only one was not fucking me up all over (even tho they did a big time early on) was level up but when i went back in nostalgia i had the chat ask me lots of questions and runarround to them tell me... to write email.. they had just fakked my face AGAIN like the dama chats always do.. so i said ty for remindign me why i never should come back here and other dama.. Nah i liked the group cauz they were paying... now its the complete opposite they refuse to pay any wins whatsoever. If they find a loop or whatever they consider to be a chance to scam you they will. But often when it happens its too late you spent alot already not knowing at first bigger win they woud fak you up. Scam group avoid everyone i played them all for years.. gave them all tons of chances.. my friends are same they all been there for years all excluded all across for the exact same reasons... AVOID THEM ALL.

    Rule such as this will never hold up in the court of law it's outrages that a casino can operate with terms like this. Also back when I played there this rule wasn't in place. Basicly this rule would allow the casino to confiscate every casino balance under "suspicion".

    Send the proof to LCB forum to show your customers if you are legit.

    It looks straight bias to me. Hopefully LCB forum can help.

  • We explained everything to you in 2016. The decision was made because there were suspicions on the part of antifraud and bonus abusers. In this case, the casino has the right to do as it sees fit.

  • You sent me a wide post of accusastions which you never proofed in any kind of way.

    You have this platform to justify your reason which I doubt you can!!

    For me and the players it just looks a legit way to not paying whenever the casino is in need in money or just shows fraudelent behaviour. ( like in this situation). You have a clean sheet on the internet. Show it for the players..

    We've just received evidence from the casino showing the bonus abuse and we consider this case closed. If you don't agree with this decision, you can try to file a complaint with their licensor. 

  • Please show the definition of " bonus abuse" I never broke any terms and condition.

  • Hello dear forum I registered at Oshi casino through your forum everything was fine before the withdrawal of money,after a withdrawal request they requested verification wrote to send a selfie with a piece of paper and date I did it, after a couple of hours they cancel the withdrawal of money and write that additional documents are needed namely scan of passport and address registration I sent everything all documents are confirmed and I put money on withdrawal again ,and they cancel the withdrawal again now they write that they cannot withdraw me to my bitcoin wallet since the account currency is rubles,I wrote to them that there is evidence from this forum that players were withdrawn money to bitcoin and their accounts were also in rubles also the players sent me a photo of money withdrawals if necessary, I can attach these photos on the forum,the casino contradicts itself some players withdraw to bitcoin others do not what is that supposed to mean,I'm waiting for a representative to solve this problem

  • where in the rules it is written that I must be verified via skype,this is their internal procedure,I agreed with the rules when registering it does not say that I have to go through the verification procedure via skype.I think this casino decision is not correct especially since I have been playing at the casino for three weeks and do not know all the subtleties and correct names of slots
