The bonus T&C looks pretty much clear, if your account wasn't active and if your last deposit action was on 13/07/2018 you can't be eligible for this bonus since the terms state differently. 

We consider this case resolved since there is no ambiguity in the bonus T&C. 

You have a right to file a complaint to the casino licensor hope they will help you in this case.

It boggles my mind how you possibly deduce that from the terms and conditions.It does not state anything any where that makes me ineligible for this bonus.ive read them  a hundred times .I will agree that my account may not have been active but that  just requires a deposit snd doesn't make me ineligible and if i was the agent on live chat should have picked it up.Its quite unsettling that you side with the casino on this the terms hsve bern poorly written and as they are im eligible i cant understand perhaps we speak different languages

Hello Equinox , I registered at 2 of your casino sites by error

The first was Superlines which I deposited 50 euros with neteller system, played and got over 200 euros. I passed your KYC process, and you phone called me twice

after that , you told me I had to wage in slots to request a withdrawal, even though I played bonus free. I requested a withdrawal over 100 euros which is your minimum to request

After that you said the only system you worked is bank tranfers,  you denied to pay with the same sistem I deposited

In the end you payed 100 euros.

Some days after that I played at orientexpress casino which I did not know belonged to you

I went through the same ordeal

In orien expresss you alleged I broke one of your T&C rules, I breached your rules, you said

You took my winnings of 55 euros

My updated bakance is 50 euros which is my original deposit

It is a shame how you address your customers

Now, as I have got 50, i must play to lose it or reach 100 to request a withdrawal and wait until you dont find new breaches

Does it worth to do it for 50 100 euros?
