I am have a problem with ace lucky casino. I deposited with bonus code LOYALTY2. I want to know my wagering which usually can be checked from cashier>bonus history.  But the amount of wagering left is empty.  I asked live chat to help me but they also cannot check it and need to consult with technical team. But it has been a day and i have wagered hundreds maybe a thousand without knowing when i could complete my wagering. Please help. If u need my id please reply here and i will PM u my id.

Dear Christian. I am so shocked to see my account balance. My balance was 850 when last i played and just now i login the balance is 50real balance and 20 bonus money. Where my 780 has gone to? Please give me some kind of explanation.

Thats what i got. Another disappointment. My bonus was 10+20=30. The t&c is so bad for a bonus. Max 5 times the bonus given will be converted and they decide which bonus (10 or 20) will be converted. .Sigh..

If you could please send your verification ID in, your deposits and winnings will be deposited to your account accordingly. Verification required is Photo ID, Utility Bill, and a screenshot of the account you deposited with.  We have to do this for anti-money laundering regulations from various governments, to maintain both European casino licenses.
