  • I am having trouble with this casino. I was playing live blackjack and made a $60 in total bet. Before the cards where dealt. I got booted from the casino and unable to log back in. I wasn't able to see the hand to make a decision to hit stand surrender or take insurance. A report was filed and I was told that because the hand was played out with or without me. There nothing they can do. This is not fair as I felt cheated because I should have been able to decide how to play my hand without being disconnected. I even posted screenshots to show my attempt to reconnect and was unable to do so for at least 15 mins.

  • I have been a player at mybcasino for about a year now. I have been playing there faithfully. Never had a problem until today. I have won and lost there plenty of times with no problems at all. I requested a cashout, as usual, yesterday and was told my withdrawal is on hold due to multiple Refer A Friend bonuses. I have not referred a friend in over 3 or so months. I have been depositing and playing with my own deposits. I had only 2 withdrawals this year and have lost in between times. I was paid from my deposit about 2 weeks ago and a week or so from there.  I may have referred a total of 5 or 6 friends since Oct of last year. Mainly from meeting them at brick and mortar casinos, sporting events and whatnot. They are asking to do have my friends to send in documents so they can verify them. I dunno most of these people and have not contacted them since I met them. I play here in good faith with my own account and expected to be paid as such. If they no longer want my business. They can say so, but to stoop to such a level to hold my winnings is unacceptable behavior. I haven't done anything wrong but followed their rules. I have accepted many offers that they have sent me via email or even my personal phone call. Please help me to get this mess straighten out.

  • Again, I am having trouble being paid from this outfit. After wrestling over and over with this casino. They restricted my withdrawal to only $500 a week from the $2000 a week. They are claiming I've won too much money with their bonus. Which is fine by me then bonus ban me. But don't cancel my withdrawal and make it a minimum. I was told by the head of security that I ok to use reload bonuses because that's what they are there for. But as soon as I win they want to restrict the payout of my account. I was even told they don't care if I told everyone the treatment they were giving me. I also told no casino wants a winner like me. This outfit here has been nothing but a headache and use any excuses to stop paying its winners. All I want is my balance paid out and I am done with this place. They are using rogue tactics because someone uses their weekly reload bonuses and wins. They only want recreational players to come and lose money...

  • You guys sound crazy... I only take the Weekly Reload bonus. Why offer them If you don't want players to use them? You forget the fact the I gave back $2200 in your sports betting area the same doggone week. Just admit you all only want people to lose. This is why there are many complaints against this company and a C- sportsbook ratings. If you didn't want me to take bonuses that fine. But for you to go and restrict my withdrawal to only $500 is rogue behavior.

  • They are mad at the fact that my win/loss are greater. I deposit and take the bonuses that give me the max playing time. Yet they want to punish me for it. Not only that I just got off the phone with their casino person named Lou he is restricting my cashout to only $1000 a week even if I deposited and played with my own funds without a bonus. I'm being punished because I take the highest bonuses that they give to all depositing players each week and win. This is bias and they clearly don't want any winners. Even if I win with my own funds...

  • What action? This is what I was told, "I only make deposits to take the Tuesday reload bonuses and when I make wager I cashout" What is illegal about that? In fact, I have lost a number of deposits without the reload bonus. I have lost thousands upon thousands at your sportsbook. Like I said you guys only want losers. So you play games with winners who were able to take a bonus and win. Tell me I'm lying and I will post a number of complaints from players saying you all have a habit of doing this, including other rogue behavior stuff.

  • I signed up at Big Spin Casino and made a deposit and received their welcome bonus. I was able to complete wager and had a $1000 profit in my account. I then submitted my docs and were approved. My withdrawal was denied because they said I had multiple accounts. I explained to them that I only had 1 account. They said my phone number matched 2 other accounts at their casino. I then expained to them that the number is from a free VOIP number that 100,000s of people uses as I don't like giving out my personal number. Due to receiving spam marketing and what not. But because my phone # matched other players at that casino they was denying my winnings. Even though the lady admitted that I only had 1 account with matching name and documents. I then received the following "Most promotions can only be used once per player, e-mail address, household address or IP address unless stated otherwise. BigSpinCasino.com reserves the right to enforce or implement further limits to accounts that have violated this rule, including shared computers like in university campuses, public libraries and workplace, etc."

    There is nothing about phone #s in their terms. I have no affiliation with no other account with that casino. My address and IP or email does not match anything they have. Only because I used a public VOIP phone number to avoid spam calling or texting did the deny my winnings

They will find any lame excuse not to pay you. They are part of the mybookie sportsbook and there are tons of complaints about being lied to by their staff. Odds are they will use the VOIP phone # as an excuse to not pay you. As they try to find any petty reason to void winnings. If you don't get paid. Just move on and warn others to avoid this casino. 

  • Thanks, but the rep doesn't seem too active here. I will give it a few more days. I did find out this company is located in Costa Rica. I will be filing a complaint against them with the government there if they don't pay my winnings.

    Yes, the lady i spoke with on the phone had a rude attitude. Even when I tried to explain the situation she was just very rude.

    I don't blame you. They will do anything to try and get out of paying its players. These are complaints filed against this group just in the past few weeks. If things don't work out for you. I would call the authorities in Costa Rica and a few local news outlets too. They shouldn't get away with not paying winnings. If they accept a bet then they should pay a bet.

    This is absolutely the worst gambling website ever created! They canceled my winning parlay and tried to refund my money instead of paying me! Then they refused to let me deposit money into my account with my debit card because I used it to deposit money on another account that didn't have anything to do with me. I even sent them all my verifying documents for no reason! Sent them pictures of my ID, debit card info, just to be told I can't use my debit card. This company is a fraud! They are scamming! This has by far been the worst experience I've ever had on a gambling website.

    Sounds like they are trying to fake evidence. It doesn't take that long. From what I've researched this company has a bad reputation for poor performance.
