Not only did they not address my request for win/loss statement they proceeded to insult me by stating "why would you need a win/loss statement, why are you asking for it" well interesting enough you didn't ask any questions when you kept accepting my $100s of dollars in deposits. I had screenshots after screen shots to confirm that money went missing, and they would not provide any record of deposits or wagering. Additionally I've recently requested they provide a 2020 win/loss statement, they respond to me stating the wager history is only available to be dated 6 months back. It pissed me off that they are so ignorant in trying to make the playing seem stupid. No one asked for wagering history, why would an ethical professional establishment, clearly they are anything but ethical, offer up information which was never requested and ignore the request all together. Not only did they not address my request for win/loss statement they proceeded to insult me by stating "why would you need a win/loss statement, why are you asking for it" well interesting enough you didn't ask any questions when you kept accepting my $100s of dollars in deposits. Total bust, don't waste your hard earned monies on these fraudsters.

Honestly guys don’t waste your time, there’s 1 million other casinos out there I think I deserve your money before this one. There’s just so many cons compared to pros with this place. That being said I did hit really big one time

Honestly I have never deposited any amount of money but i tell ya, they send me nice offers via email quite often that I should probably take advantage of now that I see all of the other good reviews from people. I guess I was a bit skeptical but now I'm not.. thanks

Im interested to know Jacob if you've requested a payout on any of those winnings and if you've actually been paid. I like the slot tournaments and play regularly but havent been able to make the rollover on the winnings.

Not a big fan of mybookie.ag. I've only deposited twice, but their customer service is disgustingly bad, and their bonuses are fairly impossible to meet the roll over requirements on. All in all, I'd say don't bother with this casino if you can help it. Not worth your time or money.
