  • I met the wagering amount , I submitted my documents,  they said I can't send in an online bank statement as proof of address, however it doesn't say this anywhere on website, and the agent didn't respond after I said that, I don't pay utilities where I live so that's why i sent a FDIC insured legitimate banking statement to verify my address, everything matches,  I have gotten zero replies from any email I sent to both email addresses,  but the agent said they replied, today I tried to chat and it says my messages are pending,  and when an agent looks at them they will respond..This is ridiculous

  • I dont know what to do, they won't accept my bank because its Chime. Or a hospital bill, I don't pay bills here, I live with my mother, Only credit cards I have are Chime and Zolve which does have a location in India, all I get or have is hospital bills, or papers from tjr state of al..this isn't right what can I send? THEY finally responded..that's how I am able to know update.

  • Well they are waiting for the right documents,  but like I said I domt pay bills here, I live with my mother, my bank is Chime, credit card Chime, I have a Zolve bank account,  and hospital bills , my cell phone bill is paid online, I mean what can I send? This is Mt address, Chime us a FDIC insured bank..This is so frustrating..

    Casino Rep got back to us and said that you have sent only half document and that is no valid, it can not be accepted. Please send the whole document and we are sure that you will be verified as soon as possible.

  • What do you mean? Half document? I was told I couldn't even send anything Chime or my hospital bill as proof of address? And why haven't they emailed me back? WHAT document can I send as address verification,  I don't pay bills here and Chime is my bank

  • I chatted with Alwin this morning,  I was told 2 days ago by another agent that they received ny full document,  it was approved and my withdrawal was " under processing, in final stages, Alwin still was saying for ne to send address verification,  I told him what other agent said, he said I'm sorry for the miscommunication,  but if this is the case to please wait by email for an update, which I said again I don't get updates or repkys for that matter, he ended chat.. So frustrating
