Hey LCB team,

I move to have Melbet blacklisted as a rogue casino. I made a deposit to my Melbet account 1/6/2021 which was not credited. I have made multiple attempts to contact them but they gave no response, including not responding to a AskGamblers complaint I submitted against them.

This is not the first time they have not credited a deposit to my balance, but it is the first time they have no responded to my complaints and recitified my issue(as seen here in this thread). They have flaunted their disregard for my complaints and I think they pose a risk to all gamblers if they continue to be endorsed on LCB.

On 22.02.2024, I initiated a withdrawal of 69278TRY($2225) from my account. Despite providing all the necessary documentation for verification, including identification and proof of address, my withdrawal request has been repeatedly denied without valid justification. At this point, my account balance stood at approximately 273773.73 TRY (about $8750), reflecting not only my initial deposit but also the winnings I had accumulated through my betting activities.

Furthermore, the customer support team has been unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving this issue. I have contacted them numerous times via email and live chat, but each time I receive vague responses and no concrete solutions. This lack of communication and transparency is deeply concerning, and it has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned with Melbet Casino's services.

I kindly request LCB (Latest Casino Bonuses) to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Melbet Casino for their failure to adhere to their own terms and conditions. I urge them to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that my withdrawal request is processed promptly and fairly.

First of all thanks for your interest. Today, something happened strange. I connected to the live support and the told me to send emails via gmail. I always sent emails from my hotmail address which is recorded to my Melbet account. Then, I tried to send an e-mail from my gmail address. Surprisingly, I got a reply from them after 10 mins. Then they told me they can't help me from different e-mail address. I explained i tried to reach them from my hotmail address by my e-mail pictures. After that they requested some pictures for verification finally. Lastly, they told me to wait and i am in KYC process. I will inform news when i get a new e-mail from them.

Deposit are made into melbet using gaming account 1010698335 payment to melbet was immediate. I have contacted all the involved in the payment process they have confirmed with proof that the paymnet is release to melbet the very same time.  Its been a WEEK  now i am regularly trying to get answer and they say the specialists are busy with my issue. And i dont understand what is the issue and they dont explain as well. Meanwhile every other party involved have confirmed melbet has recieved the payment. But melbet has never credited my acount seems like they are trying to scam me.
