i just chatted with alex on mbit support after being unable to login to my account and she told me my account is flagged for fraud. she gave me laurence's email to contact for details. i still have .8 mbtc in my mbit account and a pending withdraw of 0.05 mbtc which has been pending for over 24 hours. joanna had said that all withdraws were on hold until the manager came in because of a security breach or w/e. i was ok with that because my account had reset my password and tried to cash out 1.2 btc and it wasnt me who did it. i also reported that to joanna who was still chatting with me when i found out.if that was all done by me, then wouldnt it had made sense for me to allow that 1.2 btc withdraw?duhh..
i thought it best to post here instead of player complaints because i feel that this isnt a complaint yet. its more like me, a loyal mbit player, reaching out to mbit support for support. from my experience with online casinos, usually the support doesnt care. if they decide that players violated terms then they get kicked out with no say.but alex said if mbit didnt care then i would have already been banned instead of given laurence's email. so im very hopeful on that.
i dont understand what kind of fraud im being accused of doing. if maybe i did something that i wasnt supposed to do, please lmk how to undo it. and will i get my funds on my account? i won that fairly and finished the wagering requirements already.i i've always thought mbit was such a great casino since i started playing there, even after reading some bad reviews and my sister telling me of her bad experience with mbit, which i thought was really unfair. but i had been having a great time at mbit so far so i just ignored it all. now im being accused of fraud after being a loyal player and mbit doesnt even contact me to lmk. i had to find out through chat. well chat doest know very much and idk how long before laurence emails me back so im hoping this way will get me some answers faster. i wish i would have had my other chats emailed to me so i can also post it to show all the weird things that was happening but i only have my last chat conversation. can someone from mbit please respond to me.
