  • Dino, are you trying to be mean, i did write this, and i am Brazilian, because of the (oyu) mistake, i think that's a bit too much, i happen to the marketing director, and to be honest with you, i lived in USA for 2 years and never had a single issue with any American, i work with British, no one ever correct me, and you are correcting me with this, or you're actually looking for to find things?

    i am being very much frank and open...no need to dig and find problems...

  • I played twice at the Lucky bet. For the second time I actually won, I won 4 315, as i see this can be a trouble if you win such a sum. Anyway, this is going on since February - at first the casino took away more than a half of my win leaving 2000 in my account. They told me about the term according to which I can only cash out five times my bonus. Never saw that term before, sure it was added afterwards… Anyway was trying to get what was left - 2000 EUR. The sum was pending for a while and then the casino asked for my skype so we could discuss the situation. For me it is quite hard to talk in English, so I asked for the Spanish chat. So, we fixed the time but the skype chat never took place because of some problems the casino had. I had a chat with them but they are not assisting at all. My money is not in my account and not in my ewallet and finally I am just being ignored by the casino...

    As you see I need to place bets 460 then they capped the winnings 100.

    I was place bets 475:

    then I place some bets before I withdraw:

    Then I start a withdrawal request.

    They cancel my withdrawal request and send me 75 EURO.

    I ask them email, why 75 but no reply till 2 weeks.

    I ask live chat, they say I need to send email.

    Then I can speak an agent who say:

    They say I need to be to do this "officially" I need to send email, and one day and they will be reply.

    ... Another 4 days and nothing.....

    I ask them today on chat, and they say Everithing is OK, I got 75 and thats all I have. 

    I say again they dont know tehm own rules, and somebody calculate me why 75?

    They say BECOUSE....

    So STAY AWAY them!!! They cannot sum 18 bets, and calculate the winnings... And the support are HORRIBLE!!!!!
