  • So I am a player who deposited ALL year long. I logged into support to ask whether or not Limitless casino has, or planned to have, an end of the year ndb for their depositing players, with tomorrow being New Years Eve and all. Being as it is the depositing players keep them in business and with jobs. Now, Bob, Summer and Tanya all told me I personally did not have any free bonus available on my account. To which I replied to all three of them, okay thank you. But I would like a reply to my actual question. Bob and Summer both disconnected the chat as I attempted to respond to them. Tanya disconnected the chat when I posed the question again and stated that I'm inquiring, not just for myself, but for all depositors. She stated that information cannot be provided. And when and if a player is eligible they'd be informed by email. I understand monthly and daily promotions, that absolutely is the case. However, I'm asking if a bonus that is specifically for the end of the YEAR, which has one singular occurrence, exists. Do the depositors money suddenly not matter after depositing all year? Is our money not worth enough to provide an answer to that simple question? By three different agents? The service was piss poor, at best. Absolutely pitiful. It's evident that player loyalty is not of any consequence to the casino. I cannot imagine a player who has deposited 20k or more. There's no kind of thank you for patronizing the casino consistently ALL year? There usually is with MOST casinos. There's usually something. But nothing. HMMMM. All I can say is I appreciate the blatant display of disregard for the dollars that pay you. Again, I understand that my account isn't eligible at this time because I used 2 free spin bonus after my deposit, that's okay with me. But NOTHING after depositing all year long?!!! Oh....okay. And then for the agents to just disconnect and be rude?! Depositors are the reason any of then have a job. Learn to treat people with common courtesy, professionalism and some type of loyalty.

  • Well I'd like to let people know because what I learned at limitless casino that better have a steady hand and a big phone and nothing happened the moment you hit active on your free spins. Because they don't give you much of a space between cancel and play which they probably should but if anything goes wrong there you get to cancel they tell you your s*** out of luck and that is ridiculous especially the people who have played with for a while and have spent decent money that they've lost like are you kidding me sorry but we can't do nothing so what can you do if you cannot fix free spins like that sounds like the simplest thing to possibly do for a player. I'm really starting to see how in person casinos are actually way better than online that would never happen at an in-person casino they would never allow that online casinos they just take advantage of people way too often plus everybody agrees the games do not act the same not even close I play enough to see patterns never have I seen anything like on the casinos and I used to like limitless casino until they pulled that anybody else pulls that on me I'm not going to mess with them either because I feel like it's very disrespectful and kind of just way to make a player not want to come there anymore they can't give  anything else for that mistake there's no supervisors there that could do something like you have no control over your casino it's all ran by a computer that makes everything happen and says what happens I'm so confused by this and actually very frustrated I don't want to play somewheres and lose my money or I don't see them have my back sorry that I rented like this but I want people to know that happens so be careful that's not a good feeling when you're all excited and then that happens and you reach out to them and they say sorry nothing we can do very discouraging and frustrating have a blessed day everybody

  • Limitlesscasino.com is not paying my 53$ winnings I deposited 20$ got the bonus and then played through the rollover requirements and I submitted my documents for review 5 days ago and I get nothing but the run around, they aren't going to pay it's starting to become obvious.     Free spins are obviously another sign-up promotion; you are not eligible for both.

  • So I went to limitless casino today apparently made my way over to the cashier's area to make a deposit $10. I typed in $10 in the text field and I pressed enter as soon as I did. They gave me a ticket with a Bitcoin address and a bitcoin amount. I promptly copied and pasted both and placed them into my big one wallet and promptly sent them to the requested address with the requested amount. They have a minimum of $10. I paid 13 to them. Supposedly only seven got sent to him and they refused to give me my money back or put the money on the game. They left me high and dry after a lot of back and forth. They said that they would make an exception if I made another deposit of $10. I said f*** you. I said put my mother f****** money on the goddamn f****** game you c********** I need some help with these c********** don't ever play here. These guys are s*** holes. I'm dealing with them for a past few days. First it took forever to get verified after I had won a decent amount. Thus losing all my money waiting on these dumbasses and then they couldn't even make it. And I have made a few deposits with them that went through and you think they would want to keep somebody who makes deposits. But no, they don't. They don't give a f*** what happens to your money and they don't give a f*** about you so f*** them here's a couple PDF so you can read our little f****** chat
