I've had a withdrawal sitting stuck for over 24 hours now, was told at first that it was due to system maintenance and have been told several different anticipated times u til it's fixed, all of which have passed. No issue with making a further deposit while waiting though. Super frustrating also is that I can't use my loyalty reward due to the pending ( authorized) withdrawal.

Please note that the initial removal of excess balance on your account is done automatically through the system at which point your balance was set to the max cashout limit for the bonus. This is normal system behavior. However, given that the entire bonus amount has to be removed prior to the withdrawal, additional funds had to be removed manually.
At no point was your entire balance removed and you were able to have the remaining bonus amount removed and have your withdrawal finalized as there was enough balance on your account for said action. You were, of course, allowed and able to continue playing in order to increase your balance and meet the cashout limit without the remaining bonus amount.
Given that no additional funds were removed from the Casino's side, we have to state that we are not responsible for the subsequent depletion of your balance.

I have been playing at Limitless Casino for quite some time now. I have honestly never really had anything negative to say about them until here recently. I am not sure what is going on but lately I have been getting treated very poorly. I'd reach out to customer support just for them to either completely ignore me in chat. They would come on to chat not even greet me and just automatically close the chat. A lot of times they are very argumentative and can pretty much careless with what I may have to say. That is very rude and disrespectful. I am a paying player alone with everyone one else we are the reason why you guys all have jobs so without us where would you be obviously not working. So that is one thing that you may want take into consideration. Now I had redeemed a deposit bonus which was for 60 free spins with a minimum of $25 or more deposit for code 60BOOGIE. I made a $38 deposit and for some odd reason I never received my spins. I have never had this issue before since I have been playing here so I honestly couldn't tell you what went wrong. It has been nothing but a huge battle with customer support trying to get this resolved and it's obviously gotten no where. I have been told that there's nothing free that can be processed to my account, I have been told that the code wasn't redeemed until after my deposit was made then it was cancelled. Which no that is not correct it was redeemed before I had made my deposit and I am not sure what went wrong. When I reached out the agent said that she would process the spins to my account and asked me if I was okay with it. I said if course just as long as I can get my spins and it's not going to be asking for another deposit. She said no it won't. I go to check and she lied to me there were no spins and it was clearly asking for another deposit so I cancelled it. I don't understand why they feel the need to be argumentative when they should be focusing on getting the issue resolved.
