On the 3rd of this month the players withdrawal of 220 was redeposited into his account as documents requested were missing. As per the notes in the account.
On the 6th we received Drivers license, proof of address and photo id.On the 8th Withdrawal of US$220 via Bitcoin declined. Bonus T&C #3 breached. On may 5th i requested a withdrawal from liberty slots this is not my first one. it is a bitcoin withdrawal. i made a deposit took no bonus so i have no playthru requirements. now they claim 24 to 48 hours to process withdrawal they had all week to process my withdrawal and not until friday did they say it was processed now they are lieing to me saying it been paid and will show up in my wallet within 48 hours. if it was paid in bitcoin as they claim maybe a few hours at most to show up in wallet. this is not the first time they have done this to me. for some reason the casino is slow dragging hoping you will reverse your withdrawal so they dont have to pay. why do i say this cause they dont allow you to make another deposit until you have been paid. you will never be a winner if you dont withdrawal normally soon as i request a withdrawal i deposit again and start over. but they stop you from depositing and then they dont pay you. so beware of LIBERTY SLOTS they are up to no good.

update the withdrawal was for 100.00 they finally paid me but only 1.21 they are only 98.79 short of what they owe me. i wouldnt reccomend this casino to my worst enemy. boycott this casino people they are just messing with me never have i ever been paid the wrong amount in a withdrawal never.

well i been in contact with live chat was told by lauren that the money was sent earlier and allow 48 hours to arrive it is a bitcoin with drawal they take 1 hour at most. i asked another live chat if the issue had been reviewed and was told allow 24 to 48 hours for them to review. now i sent them proof of what they sent all they have to do is check there records see that they fucked up and send new amount. the second live chat kallie would not confirm what lauren had told me that the money was sent so lauren is a liar. when ask to speak with supervisor one is never available ask for a phone number to contact casino phone is not working im told. how lcb can promote this casino is beyond me they should be black listed. i have sent numerous emails to support weeks old with no response what so ever. lets recap no supervisors no phone to contact them no emails answered by support sending 1.21 of a 100.00 withdrawal. really now why does LCB promote this casino must be getting a kickback is that it. and where is the casino rep how come he is not in this chat yet another reason to black list them.

We received the feedback from the casino rep last evening that this payment was sent on the 9th of May, but it was noted that incorrect amount had been received on the 11th of May. Accounts do not work on the weekend so they will follow up today. The rep will monitor this. Accounts will have to wait on the third party processor for the reason why the incorrect amount was received. The rep understands your frustration, however, you should not be that worried as you have always received your winnings.
Also, please note, as you have withdrawn a number of times, deposits are not allowed while deposits are pending.
